My family and I had an amazing stay, I have two girls with an 8 year age difference and there was something to do for everyone. Some of the slides weren’t working, but other than that it is an amazing spot for family vacations

The side of the property with I stayed was under construction, pool green everywhere dug up. It smelled really bad. Saw roaches inside the suite. Didn’t find out until check in, that the side my room was on had that issue of construction going on.

The whole stay was disappointing. The water park is run down and didnt work properly the entire week. Our elevator stopped working one of the days, the marketplace only had pizza Monday-Thursday. All other restaurants were closed.
They had plenty of staff walking around but had to ask several times for more paper towels and toilet paper in the bathroom by the pool.

It was very run down. The other pool was closed and the water slides for the kids. The game room machines kept double charges. Cost a lot of money The food was really good. The hotel room was very dirty. We weren’t told about the gift until the day we were leaving. Didn’t like how breakfast wasn’t included.

Checked in were told our room was not ready. So we left to grab bite to eat. Texted us three hours later to say good to go, places us in building by pool that complete construction site with trash and debris everywhere. Construction noise ongoing no working elevators. We were told they give 25 dollar resort credit despite resort fee being 50 dollars. The main water park area was also shut down which isn’t noted anywhere. A lot of hotel is in need of TLC dirty pool chairs, broken cabanas, rusted out splash pad. It has so much potential the fact that renovations were not noted my family very disappointed we won’t be back. We will stick to other resorts we know in this area.

Our room was not clean. There were toe nail clippings in both bedrooms and bugs in the bathroom. Checkin was fast. Staff was friendly. Lots of dining options and plenty of kid-friendly fun.

The room was very spacious but was a little dusty, so it may not have been used for some time and was sitting vacant ready but it wasn't dirty. We really enjoyed the pool/waterpark area and the activities around the pool. The parking was adequate though pricey. What I loved most was the responsiveness of the onsite guest services team. Any questions or issues I had were addressed quickly and politely. A suggestion - more visible building numbers so guests dont get lost when driving to find the correct parking for their building. All in all were happy with choosing this hotel and would return in the future.

We were placed on the 6th floor with kids and tons of luggage with the only elevator working 2 buildings away. It just would have been nice to know this at check in. To add to a long park day we also came back to the room to our door wide open. The cleaning people that came to take the trash left our door open when they left. So for sure a little unsettling to see this coming back to the room at night… and the mosquitos flying around the room for the night was a nice touch. We have stayed here multiple times and this was just not the greatest experience.
