My only complaint was that the room was a bit chilly, never getting above 66 degrees despite the heat being set higher. Other than that, it was fine. And Pauline at the check-in desk was terrific. Extremely nice, friendly, and very helpful.

We are staying here to be near one of the major hospitals in the morning. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the hospital. This will make it much easier for us. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and updated

Everything was clean and the parking felt safe. The fitness center had a few treadmills, ellipticals, a Peloton, a cable set up, and a decent variety of dumbbells. Great stay!

The property was dated the lights in the hallway were way to bright and too many nothing like home suites I've stayed at before...room very small and parking horrible have to stop on steep hill to scan card . The employee checking is in was ok but not great or very friendly. ..very annoying you have to park out front on busy street to check in.

We have stayed here several times when we have appointments at Children's Hospital. Great location in proximity to the hospital with a free shuttle service, pool, free breakfast, parking is easy and reliable and the staff is super friendly.

Didn’t like the price of parking but my truck was still there in the morning so that was good. The property was great and the bar tender was very nice and makes a good drink. I’d stay there again for sure.

We enjoyed this hotel for an overnight when just arriving to Boston. Hotel was very clean and organized. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We parked on the street overnight and then moved the car in the morning to avoid paying for parking. We walked to the nearby downtown for a decent dinner at Garrison's pub (recommended by the hotel). Lots of other cute places nearby and very safe. Breakfast was good overall-- the usual buffet items, but a little something before getting on the road again.

Pool was closed, would’ve booked somewhere else had we known. Also wasn’t aware of the parking fee on top of everything else. Everything else was fine, clean, friendly people.
