The stay was great. The amenities were great. The two things that bothered me were the bedroom tv didn’t work and the toilet would flush loudly for about 45 seconds. Other than those two minor things the stay was great. Room service was delicious and not overpriced.

We had a corner room for five nights. It was a great place to stay. Comfortable and clean with great staff.

Family and I stayed at the hotel over New Years for almost a week. The number of restaurants the hotel offers was great. There are many shops to include gift shops located in the hotel if you’re looking for a gift to buy. The coffee shop has wonderful coffee and small snacks. The staff at the hotel is what made this a great stay for us. They’re very welcoming and friendly. One thing I’d recommend is recycling bins in and around the property. I didn’t notice anywhere where we could place recyclables.

Property not set up as advertised. No Executive Lounges, food credit only good on breakfast, could NOT pre-order room service, room service hours different than published online or in room documents. Basically a VERY expensive Motel 6.

A nice hotel, but the person behind the desk was rude each time (three occasions total). The resort advertised its pool only to find out they closed it on new years day. This made my kids sad as I had promised them time in the pool. There was also a homeless man in one of the doorways which has become common in Anchorage due to a growing homeless problem.

The property is very central to downtown Anchorage. The hotel is very nicely maintained and beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone thinking about staying in the area.
