We enjoyed our stay here. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great and happy hour was a nice touch. We could walk to everything.

This room was clean and a great location close to the pier. The city bus had a stop just a block away so it made it easy to get around. The Inn provided cocktail hour and a lovely breakfast of grab and go options. The service was exceptional and the staff was very friendly.

This was our second stay with Fitch. A great location that's easy to get around from. The rooms are clean and the staff was super friendly and accomodating. They now offer a free breakfast as part of your stay and a happy hour cocktail most days. The pool is small but refreshing though there's not much sunny space. As far as Key West properties go, this is a solid pick. It shows a little bit of the building's age but it's clean and the staff really were great.

Nura at the front desk was most helpful and walked us to our room. She offered assistance with directions and places to go while staying here. She was also very warm and welcoming every time we came into the main lobby.

Overall disappointing stay. While the front desk staff was great, the room was very musty and only cleaned once. When I mentioned this to the GM, she said it was because I had do not disturb up, which was not true. Also the lack of indoor common furniture was hard on rainy days.

Trevligt litet ställe med mycket bra läge. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och rummet var rent med sköna sängar. Lite störande ljud från gatan utanför men charmen i den äldre stadsdelen och läget kompenserade med sin närhet till Duval St. Vi lyckades dessutom få gratis parkering på gatan precis utanför.

This room was ok, but location is terrible. Located on a busy intersection that you must cross to get to office. Very poor parking situation. I wouldn't want to park my personal car in this location. 6 blocks from Duval which is doable, but exausting

The City of Key West decided to repair the road immediately in front of the inn. There was extreme noise the whole time of our stay. A discount would have been a good gesture from the innkeepers for the disturbance, even though they did not cause it.
The staff was very attentive and responsive, and the room was adequate. The room could have used a chair or two for us to sit on. We only had the bed.
