The property was just great. It was my reservation that was awful. I reserved a room through Travelocity and it did not show up in the hotel’s system. It took nearly an hour to fix it.

Everything was just fine except for breakfast. We went down to breakfast and the eggs were rubbery and old, no potatoes, sausage was dried out and they wouldn't resupply fresh food.

The room was filthy, and freezing when we walked in. There were multiple drips all over the walls. The carpet was filthy dirty as well as along the edges of the room. I had to pull the table out just a bit for a charger and the amount of gunk that was behind was gross. Thank goodness the beds were clean. But, the beds were very hard.
Seemed short staff so the breakfast bar was nearly empty and the yogurt was warm because it wasn’t in a fridge or on ice. Coffee was always out when I went to get some.

hot tub was out of order , room was not clean : splashes of unknown substance and hand prints on the walls. floors were not swept or mopped regularly, mud chunks in lobby. the automatic front doors were sticky and got stuck half way open. they didnt change our bedding on schedule. we changed our linens ourselves and the pillows themselves were soiled and stained, one had a stain that looked like blood. breakfast was very skimpy. we have been returning customers over the years but seems to be going downhill. all the staff was very nice.

Moscow ID La Quinta has been remodeled and is very clean and comfortable. Quality service. Overall however, they’re breakfast that was lacking to what I have experienced before, and the hot tub not working. Many times I’ve been there and it seems like 70% of the time not working. The breakfast was ok but sparse choices were limited and at times not available. Overall it is an excellent stay.

There was a large stain on the carpet.
The blanket on the bed was so thin you had to turn the heater way up to stay warm.
Three times I went to the breakfast from 7:15 to 8:15 and there were a total of two sausages, very few potatoes, and the eggs were overlooked.

My family stayed here for my daughter’s college graduation. First of all, for the ridiculous price that they charge for grad weekend, there should be top notch service. In our room the ceiling was splashed with some sort of liquid. The hotel is quite noisy. There was roof construction & barking dogs. To top it off, the breakfast was awful. It was understaffed, which means there was hardly any food both mornings for our stay. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Currently being remodeled and reroofed, lots of debris around.
Hot tub roped off. Unable to use.
Extra blankers not available in room.

The swimming pool was ice cold! Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was dismall to say the least! Ran out of everything! Nothing in comparison to the one in SanDiego!! It was amazing 5 star and they were remolding. The eating are was not kept clean!
