My stay at microtel was a nice and comfortable experience and the person at the check in was a joy to deal with. She was absolutely professional and kind, very genuine. The room was spotless. I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, quiet, good rate, and nice breakfast. Kim's attitude comes across short,rude and sometimes nasty. The rest of the staff are very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall the stay here is really good. No issues with rooms. Parking is best when you arrive early

We decided to take an impromptu trip to the casino for the weekend. We normally stay at the casino but it was sold out. Several other familiar hotels were also booked so we decided to try here. It was extremely clean, the hotel staff were constantly mopping the lobby and elevator. The room and bathroom was very clean. The decor was cute.We arrived late and our room was on the first floor right near lobby. We did not hear any noise. They had underground parking because the lot was full when we arrived. The staff were friendly and professional! I would definitely stay again!

When I originally booked on hotels.com, the option to pay at the property was selected. On the day of my reservation in the morning, I received a call from the front desk telling me they tried to charge my card because if they don't place a full hold on the card the reservation will be cancelled. The staff was very rude when I was trying to gain clarification on why the full amount needed to be charged as a hold and once I arrive am I able to spilt the payment up. The staff charged my card a partial payment and ensured the balance could be paid split between 2 cards. Upon my arrival, a different person states that's not policy and only a manager can split payments (never heard of this). finally was able to check in. I just would appreciate policies and procedure to be discussed before hand to avoid confusion and for all staff to know what their talking about. This was an annoying experience and definitely wont be staying here again.
