Absolutely NO TOWELS OR WASHCLOTHS IN ROOM. Very limited ones available in all of hotel. Did not get the non smoking or size bed I booked. Will not be back. Service at the desk was being bombarded by another customer and did her best taking care of me.

Property not well maintained. Rooms are old and dilapidated.

Failed to tell us when I checked in that the heat was not working in the room. Would not allow me to change rooms, or allow a refund. Front desk lady was super rude. Never offered extra blankets or anything. And failed to mention that the TV didn't work as well. There was black women's hair all over the bathtub. Furious!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful, but the facility was unsafe. Even the newly "renovated" rooms had poorly fitting door locks. Light and cold poured in. Given the mostly empty building with one side out of view of anyone, room security was particularly important. I left to find a different hotel. I notified the company, but they didn't even offer me a refund. Terrible experience

Absolutely the worst place I've ever tried to stay. I didn't even stay, but staff said she couldn't refund my money. I booked king size bed but one room, the tv didn't work. The second room, no toilet seat. The third room had no water pressure. Then I was given a room with 2 queen beds and it was disgusting. Floors were rotting, holes in the wall and room smelled like mildew. I sat on bed and light fixture fell off wall and hit me in the head. I complained and asked for money back but was told all she could do was move my room. The next room was better, but floor was rotting in there too. I just left and got a room 4 miles away at a different motel.

The room had new paint and floor but the room felt dirty. The tv didn’t work and the heater was very loud. The sign to the motel wasn’t lit so it wasn’t easy to find. However, the clerk, Regina was very friendly and made checking in easy.

The blanket was dirty and thr rpoom looked like a maid has not. Been in it for a very long time

Some of the rooms were newly remodeled and were nice. First rooms the gave us had no heat. They gave us newly remodeled rooms but there were only 2 bath towels in one room and 2 hand towels in the other. Went to front desk and asked for towels and was told they only give 2 towels per room. Asked for bath towels and she said she would bring them and she never came to the room. Next day we left for an event and when we got back to the rooms our keys would not work. Went to front desk and had to get the keys reprogrammed. Housekeeping never came to the room, so we found her to get more towels. Water in one of our rooms never got hot, just warm water in the shower

Couldnt figure out if the building was ready to be demolished. Room smelt like smoke and moldy even though it was a “non-smoking” room. Lady at front desk was friendly and helpful, but not enough to make up for the holes in the walls, trim coming off and all around musty feel to the property.

First of all the person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. However, that’s where the good stops. First, went to turn on the heat and there was no knobs to turn on the heat. Walked outside and approached a person that works there. He was too busy listening to his music on his phone to find a pair of pliers so I could turn on some heat. I walked back to the office and she walked down there and they indeed took off the front and finally got it started. Now, it barely worked and it was cool in the room all night. Also, there was no toilet paper in the room. Another walk to the office to get rolls of toilet paper Incase it needed to be used. Inside the drawers there was dirt and gross stuff in there and horrible. Finally, the floor was absolutely gross. My son walked across the floor and his socks were brown with dirt. We had to put a towel down so we would walk across the floor. I will make a concerted effort to pass on this hotel in the future.

The desk lady was not very nice she seemed upset when we ask to see another room. We looked at 3 different rooms, rotten sewer line smell, the only one that had a fridge had a busted water pipe, 3rd one had roaches, hard to get to and busted door lock. We reurn the key and checked out. We didn't stay there at all. Is there any way I could possibly get any part of my $ moneu back thabk you
