Convenient right off and on of I75, handy gas and food. But this must have been a grand little place back in the day, but like so many other of the less expensive hotels along the interstates in order to max out what profits that can be had the infrastructure appears to being let go until it is either too late or someone steps in and says it just has to be fixed, although it looked like some painting was being done. Good beds, hot water, clean sheets and towels and the TV worked, so it served its purpose at a decent price. Just dont white glove the room and this place will do you OK

There were no negative issues that surfaced. I expected a bare bones room with no extras and that is exactly what i got. No coffee pot and no continental breakfast. What i did get was a room that was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and restful so after driving a 1000 miles in one day, this room was a perfect match.

there were police on the grounds dealing with a fight and disturbance on the property when I arrived initially and again for another incident a few hours later after returning from work, another guest with a high end car had parked next to mine and found his tires flat leaving him stranded

The staff at check in insisted that i only made 1 room reservation even though I showed them the reciept for 2. Finally after I look at their computer records i was able to show them the problem. It was corrected but took close 1/2 an hour to solve the issue.

Well it was located just fine to everywhere.
The property is not well maintained it needs al9t of cleaning up.
The pool is filled in.
There could be other amenities to the place if they made a better effort to promote it.
Then there are several rooms taken up by all the family they having living there

Great location right off the hwy, and situated directly behind a gas station for drink and snack convenience.
It is obviously an older property, but rooms have been upgraded, and were fairly clean all things considered. Couldn't beat it for the money.
