Red Roof Inn Columbus - Grove City

Well their was no breakfast like the website said their was then i had asked about the room service which they had a flyer in the room for an they didnt do that neither an then hit in the fridge and their was a roach

It was clean

Do NOT I repeat DO NOT rent. Roaches .. dirty.. and I captured the roaches in a cup and brought them to the front desk. Told me I would be fully refunded from the week I paid for up front. Have not recieved a dime back and checked out within 8 hours of arriving.

Room semi clean looked like someone layed in the bed open soap an shampo on the bed was weird and the heater in room 222 dont work and one the 2 ice machines not working

A good sized, very clean room at a low price. I highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers.

The rooms are nice, very spacious, the mini fridge froze our food & drinks, the black in the crevices of the shower was a little sketchy, the furniture holding the mini fridge was not big enough to hold it so every time we got in it we had to scoot it back. The floor by the bathroom door was cracked as well. The staff upon check in & out were very friendly & informative about where the room was. Located by shopping & lots of places to eat! Easy to get to, worth what we paid for 2 nights. We were only in town for a concert/ldr date. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Bed was bad had a really low spot in the middle and heater didnt work very well kept it worm enough but wouldn't het hot

Went to take a shower noticed cockroaches along the wall then coming out of the sink , very disturbing. Immediately gathered all my things and left! no way I’ll somewhere like that. Contacted Expedia about getting a refund will be waiting… would not recommend you stay here

Roaches. Roaches. Roaches. The management doesn't care either. I left as soon as I saw the roaches because I didn't want those bugs coming home with me. They refused to give me a refund. I guess living in filth is their standard of living. Not mine.

First room, heater didn’t work. Second room there was no remote for the TV. Looked everywhere in the room! Can’t change the channels with the buttons on the TV :(.

I left my hair product in the room when I called them they say they throw it, which was expensive

I was a little skeptical because of the price and the area but we were actually pretty pleased with our stay. Our room was spacious and newly renovated. Only downfall was no breakfast or hair dryer in the room. I will also mention the beds and pillows definitely aren’t Hilton material but it wasn’t the worst thing I’ve slept on.

Great value. Rooms have been updated. I left my apple watch behind and they called me to let me know. Excellent service. Easy access to downtown Columbus

Easy stay. Got in late and they were helpful. The bathroom could use a little TLC but overall was nice and simple.

The TV initially didn't work come to find out it wasn't even hooked up got that fixed and then all of a sudden the air even set at 66 degrees the room still felt like it was 75° in there couldn't get a hold of anybody cuz nobody was in the lobby or the office the front desk whatever you want to call it and then the TV stopped working again and this time it said it was temporarily out of service and that was Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning still not working and they have roaches I have contacted my bank, since I used them for my payment I have contacted the hotel requesting my refund because that is just disgusting I also attached the picture of one of the bugs that I was able to snap a picture of. I would like a refund. That was so nasty and you couldnt contact them since no one was at the front desk, no answer and the room phone didnt work either

Roaches on one side of complex. Front desk staff all had attitudes, cigarette burn holes on bedspreads in a non smoking room.

My husband needed a room to stay in on his way home from a trip due to being ill. The room wasn’t cleaned and very dirty.
