Looked like there was a lot of construction projects going on on different floors. Outside area very messy.

it was OK. If you are aware of yourself and careful. Would not take a family there. I will say that the people I interacted with were polite. someone was smoking a joint outside, but not troubling anyone.

I always enjoy staying here. I love the quality of the rooms. The beds are the best for a night away from home.

Area smelled unclean, my room was damaged, unclean, and had bugs in carpet and furniture. I did not feel safe staying there and after weighing the pros/cons decided to be safe than sorry and booked another hotel. Highly disappointed and wasn't able to get a refund.

Absolutely Disgusting! This was the filthiest, most revolting hotel experience I’ve ever had. The bed sheets were dirty, stained, and reeked of urine—completely unacceptable. The bathroom was equally disgusting: dirty, with towels full of holes. To make matters worse, the ceiling and bathtub were broken and crumbling apart, and the walls were covered in gunky, stained fluids—an absolute health hazard. To top it all off, the TV was broken, and despite bringing it to the attention of the front desk, they never cared to address it or respond to any of the room’s appalling conditions. We had no choice but to suffer through the first night because we arrived late and couldn’t find alternative accommodations, but there was no way we could endure another night in such a filthy and neglected environment. We checked out the following morning in utter disgust, and I demand a refund for the additional night we didn’t stay. This level of negligence and disregard for basic cleanliness and customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

I slept so well I overslept for work. Thank you. And I'll be back again.

Buen lugar

Unsafe place to stay at. During the night 2 men were knocking with their face covered were knocking on the door claiming it was wrong door after they saw I was on the phone calling the law, after that they didn't comeback. I will never go back to the unsafe place. The women at the office wasn't really concern when it was reported to her.

Unhelpful staff, lukewarm showers, very uncomfortable beds.

Water pressure low and not hot enough for shower. But overall good hotel

So bad the hotel was out of water 2 days without water no previous notice so bad no recommed.

Overall was a nice stay. The gift of snacks was a nice touch. But there needs to be more attention to the HVAC filter. It was absolutely cakes with dirt. Has not been cleaned for a while. This affects the operation of the HVAC and folks health. The housekeeping staff can help with this as they can check it when they prep a room and advise maintenance dept to take care of.

Newly remodeled premium room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable

The staff was friendly. Had to request light bulb replacement 3 times before fixed. Glass in handicap space in the parking lot. Pushed to the side by myself but kept reappearing. room was clean except for the mold in the tile grout near the drain.

Would not recommend. Lobby office dirty & shabby. Yellowed (not white) bath towels with holes. Coffee maker without tray, caffeinated coffee of creamer. A/C unit that didn’t work well.

The property looks like a war zone outside, storage trailers all over property, Room was super small, holes in the floor. the bathroom door looks like it was kicked in, the bottom of the door looked like it sat in several inches of water for weeks. Urine stains all over the bathroom wall (or vomit, don't now, was gross) Sink is falling off the wall. Turned back the sheets and found they were heavily stained, even matching on the topsheet. Looks like bed was just simply remade after the last guest. Switched to another room for the night and bed was practically unsleepable. Room service was knocking on the door well before checkout time. Still trying to figure out what the "Plus" part of their name meant unless that was it. Nasty....I wouldn't reccomend

The staff member who registered us was friendly and efficient. The hotel, however, is dirty. The stairs and walkways are stained. Our room had stains on the walls and the door. We had planned to stay the night after a local concert. We checked out instead and did not stay the night.
