Hotel muito bem localizado, no centro de Boca, perto do shopping e restaurantes. Quarto super limpo e bem mobiliado. Nosso quarto dava para a rua, então ouvimos um pouco de barulho de carro à noite, mas nada exagerado que não deu para dormir. Mas acho que se pedir um quarto que não seja para a rua principal, deve ser mais silencioso. Café da manhã pago à parte no restaurante, super gostoso, ambiente lindo. Recomendo. Como estava frio, não aproveitamos a piscina, mas a área externa é muito bonita.

Beautiful hotel with a nice pool and fantastic restaurant and bar. The Meat Market has delicious fun drinks and a pool party on Sundays.

Wish there was a reasonable restaurant in the hotel. Nothing nearby (walkable). That was really my only complaint. Shuttle to airport would have been a plus, but not a big deal

The hotel is bustling with business on the ground floor, so try to get a room on a higher floor. Overall the hotel is a little noisy. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, however. Wish there were more amenities. Mini bar, room service, etc

Wonderful stay in this lovely property. The only slight downsides were some noise through the late evening from the pool bar downstairs and challenges getting parking close by. Otherwise we had a great time and will happily return.

They could do better at cleaning the bathrooms. The water is not warm enough for taking baths or showers. Shower head not strong enough. The plug to fill the tub was not working reported it and never repaired it. Had to use a towel and a cup to fill the tub. They don’t clean the bathroom floors unless you ask. Tubs look yellow.

Hotel parking lot unsafe. Spots immediately in front of the lobby are blocked off for valet. Due to popular attached restaurant guests are required to park in dark remote areas with street access because valet spots ( which are walking distance to lobby) are reserved. Bathroom had ants. Water did not get hot in shower.

The hotel is nice but, the service was unimpressive. Upon our arrival at the front desk, our greeting was less than enthusiastic. The pool area is lovely, but unfortunately they didn’t keep it very clean. Tables were left with food and drinks on them with the squirrels running around eating off of the left over plates. There was also garbage left on the ground near the pool bar. The few people who were working the area didn’t seem to care about cleaning up and they certainly weren’t interested in serving us, as we sat and waited for someone to come take our order before we eventually just left and went elsewhere.

Having a little microwave all the all in the back of the lobby to heat up your food is a but annoying. It would be nice to have a microwave in those rooms. It makes a difference.
Alarm went off in the middle of the night & it stayed for a good 3 mns & went I called the front desk to find out what was happening they seemed nonchalant about the situation & didn’t apologize or make up for it. Also breakfast not being included for a room I paid $175 for per night is really low class. Cheaper hotels have breakfast included. So do better, you guys can do better than this

Room was ok, except for some awful smell coming from the bathroom the whole time. They seemed to be doing a lot of repairs.
My teen daughter and I ate at the restaurant for breakfast and we were most dissatisfied with this. Server acted like we were an imposition…we were told “no” to just about everything we asked for; cappuccino machine not working, coffee lukewarm, server wouldn’t leave a carafe, asked for cream and sugar and she literally set down a container with zero sugar in it (asked a passing manager for some sugar), ordered egg whites, nope that can’t be done. When I finally said to her “are you kidding?!” To which she replies no, then when our order arrived it had undercooked egg whites! The food was terrible, the server the worst! We checked out a day early.
