Great area with plenty of food choices!

Verry good.

I always prefer to stary in a marriot hotel but This time the experience at the check in was not a good experience. The lady was upset and very rudely answer my questions she had very poor communication for a cuatomer service front desk person and the Way that she answers not professional at all It was 1/4 /2025 chexk in around 7 pm

Conveniently located, plenty of parking and easy to access. Big advise, carpet and A/C, need cleaning.

Room very dirty! Was here last year and much better. Didn’t even clean room or offer new towels.

Nice Hotel, nice and friendly staff. Well done. I’ll be back

Hotel.muito a recepcionista que fica a noite extremamente mal humorada esta na profissão errada cheguei tarde ao hotel para fazer o check mesmo avisando que nao falava em inglês continuou a me ignorar explicou de forma errada para chegar em meu quarto pois se trata de 4 predios tive que ficar procurando Com exceção dela todos os outros do staff muito simpáticos e prestativos Hotel muito agradavel com uma cozinha completa muito bom

We evacuated here. The staff were helpful. Great breakfast. Worth it.

We found staff to be friendly and helpful. Location is great for dining and entertainment. Kitchen is modern and useful. While modern and esthetically pleasing to the eye, the living space is not particularly functional. Stools at the dining table wobble. Couch is awkward for sitting. Shower had a hair wad in the drain catch. There are no towel bars/racks to hang towels. The shower could use a shelf to hold toweltries. Don't get a room that faces the railway. Cannot say it was worth the money in spite of the good staff. Rate it 2-3 out of 5 in value.

It was ok but the reception staff were rude and unprofessional.they barely smile and the evening lady was always a mad.how she talks .how she slaps the doors . the chairs around the patio and the pool .like she wants to fight and break stuff .i went there the last year and the staff was very nice and professional and sweat .unlike this year .

Upon check in, we were not given the perks of the Expedia membership, which it’s OK. The night before leaving I asked the front desk for a late checkout, something that was never an issue before. The lady at the desk told me that only Marriott Bonvoy members were entitled to, and the lateness of check out depended on the membership level. But since I didn’t have my membership #, there was nothing h she could do, I’d have to ask the front desk in the morning. So I called costumer service and got the number. To my surprise, she told me that even with the number I’d have to ask in the morning!! Then we went to sit outside by the fire pit. Same lady of the front desk (Elena) came up to us and told us to leave as the “pool area” closes at 10pm. I told her that We were not within the pool enclosure, but she stated that the hotel policies do not allow guests outside after 10pm! So I asked her to finish our drinks but she came back 10 Minutes later with the same story. At this point, we left. So this is not a hotel, it’s a jail, and the inmates have a 10pm curfew!! A full fare paying guest can’t sit outside with his family and enjoy the fresh air!! We’ve stayed 4 times at this hotel within a year, and also in the last, but definitely NEVER again. Ok another note, continental breakfast is a joke. No reffills, no sliced bread, dirty tables!
