I didn’t like that it had bugs and sorta ran down from the last time I stand but the staff was very friendly and nice

Stay was ok. Beds were a little hard. Hot tub was not working. Was nice having the 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms.

Love this hotel, very comfortable beds, awesome rooms! Friendly staff, good breakfast, jets on hot tub not working, but still a relaxing overnight stay!

We didn’t stay out of fear of bed bugs and knowing that the room had not been cleaned for several stays. We requested the room to be cleaned and the staff stated that they were understaffed and unable to. They did provide linens for us to change our own beds, however we were missing items in what was supplied. The toilet had feces in it, hair on floor and shower, stove was filthy, trash had not been removed, and couch had several fluid stains on it. The hotel manager did agree to refund our money. We left immediately and checked into a neighboring hotel.

I was charged multiple times on my card for a 1 night stay

The door to the room was covered in dirt. We did not really want to touch it. We used a wet wipe to make and X on the door. See attached photo. Elevators and common areas were dirty and had not been vacuumed in some time. Tile floor in unit had some kind of film on it which made it slippery! A few tiles in the bathroom were raised about 1/4 inch which made them a trip hazard. The property did not have ice available except in the unit where you had to turn on the ice maker and wait for it to make ice. Front desk staff were extremely slow and only moderately welcoming. Would definitely not recommend this hotel!

Property is right off the highway and easy to find. The parking lot was well-lit. There is a basketball court (ball provided) on site. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant DJ was great! She treats everyone like family. The breakfast buffet is well thought out with lots of extras (e.g. different flavoured cream cheeses and sauces). Would definitely visit again!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and very willing to help.

The first room I had was still being worked on. It had curtains and curtain rods laying on the table and desk. The second room, when I turned on the LED light going into the room, was flickering like a strobe light. Hallways smelled musty and were severely stained. Shower was starting to had small amounts of mold. Breakfast was not bad, but it wasn’t to a normal standard of Residence Inn. I, for many years, have only stayed at Residence Inn’s because of higher quality! I’m not sure if it’s just this particular Residence Inn or if the quality of the chain is dwindling.

Very clean and well kept Breakfast was also really good We will be going back!

The Stay was Awesome.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was perfect for my parents and myself. We loved everything about the hotel and the room.

First of all, it was myself, my 72 yr old mother, and 2 yr old grand baby visiting this hotel/Inn. And I included them when I booked the stay. I decided to get the king size bedroom with pullout sofa bed. The pullout sofa bed was so thin and worn out it pissed me off that Resident Inn would promote this as a piece of bed furniture. I did complain to management that morning and I was told I could be given more bedsheets to make more comfortable…it would have taken too many to make one of comfortable. We both suffer from bone and joint paint. I was also told I could not be given another room because there was none nor could I get a refund for the remaining days left we had there because Expedia was a third party.smh Now let’s talk about the towels. I could not get towels for my 2 yr old grand child to use for baths. The house keeper said she could only give me a set of 2. And on my last day, the water turn cold as I was about to take a shower. I called down to the office and asked the manager if the water ever run cold she said no??? Well she calls me back and tells me maintenance will check the broiler room to see if something is a miss down there. This has been the worst hotel/Inn I have ever stayed at. The carpet in the room was so dirty, it turned the bottom of our socks and slippers black. The tiles upon entrance were sticky. For this to be Marriott affiliate and for it to cost the money I spent for the 3 days I paid is unacceptable.
