Hotel muito bom! Quarto com sala, amplo, com várias comodidades como 2 TVs, ferro e tábua de passar roupa, secador de cabelo, cafeteira, chaleira elétrica, mini frigobar. Ainda, fora do quarto, no final do corredor de cada andar, tem filtro de água, gelo e microondas. Banheiro com banheira e chuveiro, água quente e fria no chuveiro e pia. Quarto com cama muito confortável, com pillow top. Viajamos no inverno, usamos o aquecedor ambiente, que funcionou normalmente. Café da manhã era simples, mas gostamos. Havia frutas (maçã), cereal, iogurte, bagel, pães, queijo, café/chá, suco. Tinha torradeira e microondas para usar. Funcionários prestativos, tudo muito tranquilo e rápido no check-in e check-out. Localização do hotel é mais afastada do centro de Boston, porém tem um ponto de metrô na frente do hotel, que te leva em cerca de 20-30min ao centro. O bairro em que está localizado é tranquilo, e tem farmácia, supermercado e vários restaurantes pelos arredores. Único ponto negativo foi que não houve limpeza dos quartos ou dos lixos nos 4 dias em que estivemos hospedados, mas que não atrapalhou a ótima experiência que tivemos lá.

Réveillés au milieu de la nuit (car ils m’avaient donné la mauvaise chambre), le staff, très désagréable, m’ont levée et demandé mon passeport comme si j’étais une criminelle alors que j’étais en petite tenue de nuit. Ils ne se sont elle pas excusé, l’hôtel a refusé de nous faire un geste commercial. Pas de fenêtre dans les chambres, tout est sombre. Le personnel est désagréable et il n’y a jamais rien au petit déjeuner

I would stay again if ever in Boston

Great property! My girlfriend and I loved the aesthetic and the comfort of the whole place. We loved how it was across the street from a train stop so it made going anywhere in Boston incredibly easy. Lots of great food options a couple streets down too.

Hotel is in a great area. It is nice and clear. Only downside is the breakfast. If you are a person that likes egg and bacon for breakfast, this is not the place. Only pastries, breads, cereal.

Unfortunately after multiple stays at this hotel we may never return. The room above us was having a party, playing loud music and banging around until almost 1:00am. We were there as we needed to be up at 4:00 to go to Boston Children’s with my daughter for surgery. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk, we called the main switchboard that said it would be 40 minutes to create a ticket. After a second walk to the front desk, and a second time they went to the persons door, was the noise finally stopped. Again at this point it was nearing 1am. We started calling with concerns at 10:30, and requested to be moved. I am exhausted my poor child has a major surgery we came from out of town for and this was not the stressful experience we needed prior it. We have received nothing back for this experience and will make sure to never return or recommend this property to anyone.

The hotel itself in nice, free breakfast in the lobby was a nice bonus. But the thermostat in our room didn't work. With freezing conditions outside we had a AC blowing cold air all night in the room - there was no way to shut if off or put heat on.

I wanted to like this experience, but in the end I could not. The check-in process was terrible, and on the last day of my stay I had to jump through hoops to try to get to someone to address a bathroom issue in my room.

Perfect location

This hotel is well priced for such h a great neighborhood, but the rooms have no windows to the outside, except for a few king rooms, and ours was not in great shape. Even though it had been remodeled, paint was chipped, several things were broken, The door and walls were very thin, and it smelled like dead mice and strong chemical cleaning products. Bed was comfy, sheets were scratchy, sofa, TV, and coffee were fine. Good for students.

The property is beautiful but the room was extremely hot with a broken air conditioner and the maintenance person was not able to fix it nor did he speak any english to understand the problem. The bathroom toilet was low to the ground and the desk was placed right underneath the wall television. Parking is expensive underneath the hotel. No hot breakfasts.

This is the strangest property - it should be clearly advertised everywhere that the vast majority of the rooms at this property have only internal windows looking out onto the hallway and two other rows of rooms' windows. I felt like I was living in a cave. Hotels.com says "no view" which meant at other hotels there isn't much of a view (e.g. parking lot), not literally NO view to the outside world. Housekeeping is by request only so I requested it and then reminded them when I left in the morning, came back to see it hadn't been serviced at all. I told the front desk and they said their system showed it was cleaned. I told them the trash wasn't even taken out so they said they could take out the trash and give me fresh towels. Those never arrived so I had to request again a few hours later. What I got was two large towels (no bath mat, no wash cloth or hand towel) and two bed sheets. (?) The toilet only flushed if you did it twice. Chromecast worked 50% of the time. My tv defaulted to a 6am wake up call (waking me up the first morning which was very disorienting) unless I manually changed it the other mornings (it says it doesn't do that, it did). This hotel unlike most others charges you for an early check-in or late check-out. I talked to the front desk the night before I checked out and explained the difficulties I'd been having and wondering if I could get a 2 hour free late check-out to make up for it. They said they could only give me 1 hour free.
