This hotel is very convenient to the restaurants, bars, beach and shopping. The amenities were good at this hotel. Gia was extremely helpful upon arrival and check out.

The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. We were early so they let us keep our luggage secure while we waited for our room at the beach and called when ready. Definitely would go back.

I was hesitant about booking after seeing the mixed reviews but took a chance anyway and I was not disappointed. The one night stay was good and quiet. Even though the music was playing in the front of the property the room that I had I heard nothing. The staff was nice and the drinks were good especially the Mango Lemonade. The room was big and spacious. I would say the room needed more light but that was really it. I would definitely stay here again. The price of the room was affordable and I loved how they had a mini bar area. If anyone was to stay here I would recommend the garden room.

Property is central to the beach which is nice, but other than that not much else I can say about it.
We had an issue upon check in that the tv in our wasn’t working and weren’t going to be charged the resort fee, which was fine, but upon entering the room the phone didn’t work and the headboard was broken from the frame, management was suppose to get in touch with us but never heard from them at all the whole time we were there. So making a complaint and having management not return a call for issues isn't good customer service.
The front desk girl Tina, I think was her name was as helpful as she could be, but lack of management returning a call or coming to our room, was lacking.
Stayed for 3 nights, this hotel is in a very noisy / busy area of south beach Miami, especially the restaurant that is below it which is more like a bar on the weekends so it got pretty loud at night, if your a light sleeper than I would avoid and look elsewhere.

The dulux king had such a loud horrible air conditioning motor noise that ran constantly and could not be turned off. The restaurant pool court yard is run by a third party that plays very loud party music even in the morning. Missed opportunity to offer a chill out vibe. The property is worn out, the carpets in the halls in particular are in desperate need of replacement.

I was charged for two bottles of liquor that I never opened. I stayed there by myself for two days. It was a solo trip. After checking out, they apparently thought I drank two bottles of liquor by myself. Staff did not try to accommodate what was charged. That is literally stealing. They should check on their Staffs and the room cleaners. Thats not cool at all!

A localização é excelente mas entrar no hotel apenas as 16 e sair 11 não é uma diária cada vez eles estao diminuindo o tempo, diária q eu saiba são 24h! O quarto era grande mas não se tinha controle do ar não esquentava preferi desligar! O banheiro era bom mas não tinha onde pendurar 1toalha nem no qto! Final de semana tem bastante barulho mas a localização superou! Cama era gostosa e grande! Sem chuveiro tem q levar uma garrafinha para se lavar!

Wir hatten einen insgesamt schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Pool auf dem Dach mit Bar, der wirklich ein Highlight war – tolle Atmosphäre und perfekte Möglichkeit zum Entspannen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: Zentral gelegen und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ocean Drive entfernt. Perfekt, um Miami Beach zu erkunden.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Lautstärke im Zimmer. Da direkt nebenan im Innenhof ein Restaurant liegt, kann es vor allem abends etwas lauter sein. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte eventuell Ohrstöpsel mitbringen oder nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer fragen.
Ein weiteres Manko: Kein eigener Parkplatz oder Parkhaus. Es gibt aber ein bezahlbares öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe (Washington Ave). Achtung: Nicht das freie Parkhaus Seitenstraße gegenüber nutzen, da dieses extrem teuer ist (ca. 100$ pro Tag!).
Insgesamt aber ein gutes Hotel mit tollen Annehmlichkeiten und einer unschlagbaren Lage – perfekt für alle, die Miami Beach erleben wollen!

Had good nights sleep although the room did smell as though somebody had been smoking cannabis and i had to pay $60 for facilities that i was never going to use. Load pumping music until late night played in hotels restaurant
