The gentleman who was working at the front desk on Saturday when we checked was fantastic! Sorry we did not get his name. Surprisingly he was also the night auditor and he was setting up breakfast the next morning. Very nice hardworking guy.

Had to switch rooms upon arrival as we the toilet was deplorable. Turns out it was Rust thank god. Housekeeping should assess rooms prior to checking; especially given one must wait until 3pm for checkins.

Holes in the room. The lock was destroyed, the doors and elevators are badly damaged and the shower was falling apart and nearly disconnected from the wall... Overall if this place charges you more that 50 dollars a night I would I somewhere else.

They have roaches, it’s loud; people slamming doors all night, the front desk guy at night is very rude and is so unprofessional with how he talks to his guest. I would never go there again.

I really like this hotel! VERY COMFORTABLE!!! I booked this hotel based on price. After booking I read reviews and was really put off. I read multiple "bad reviews" that made me a little worried. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately. Very quick and easy check-in process! I walker to my room, so that I had a point of reference where I should park and was happy to see that I had a spot right outside of my rooms window. I opened the door of my room and caught the wonderful "clean smell. No odor! Turned on the lights. VERY CLEAN! I SLEPT LIKE A ROCK! VERY COMFORTABLE BED!!! My ONLY ISSUE was the breakfast time was too late for me to eat before heading to my job site. Overall great, quiet and comfortable! Good job!!!

I did not like that the property was not well maintained. The hallway carpets were well-worn and dirty looking. The walls needed to be repainted and touched up to look refreshing. The long hallways were hard on my legs and back since I am physically challenged. Breakfast setting did not include napkins, folks, and spoons. I had to ask for them. It was not publicly written that hot breakfast was only on certain days.. The key to my room would not open my door, even when they had just given me a new one. I had to walk the long hallway to get back to the office to have someone let me into my room. This happened several times during my stay and was very frustrating since I am physically challenged. The towel rack fell off the wall and had to be remounted.
The room accommodation was comfortable and convenient.

The facilities are not clean. This was the worst breakfast I’d ever experience. No variety, no milk coffee was cold. Not enough supplies. I thought Wyndham Hotels were better.

The neighborhood is horrible . When we were in room, we hear some wome screaming help me, help me so many times. We were so terrified that we left the hotel, we didn't even ask for refund. We felt our lives were more important that the money. It was not safe outside too. It is the cheapest hotel so becareful.

This property did not live up to its advertised status. It was rundown for the most part and the common areas lacked the necessary attention. Front desk was not very helpful and seemed unconcerned, housekeeping staff was fine on the days they worked. They did not serve the full breakfast that was mentioned on your site for the first two days of our stay, but did provide a couple of questionable hot dishes on the two final days. One of the two elevators was out of service throughout our stay. The hot water was erratic but very hot when available. The photos you provide are not representative of the actual condition of this property. It is rather shabby. Our room was basically satisfactory with the exception of late night and early morning noise. Not a great experience.

I’ve stayed at this property before and although not 5 stars, the accommodations were okay. This time the room wasn’t as clean and there was blood on the shower wall and in the tub. Whoever prepared the room did not do a great job. The staff has always been pleasant and there’s potential for this to be an amazing place to stay.
