Hotel yang bagus, bersih, tepat di tengah, berjalan-jalan di dekat, tepat di pasar makanan, staf yang ramah tersenyum, mendengarkan saran. Tapi perlu lebih hati-hati untuk sarapan, salad yang saya makan tidak segar dan buahnya kering seperti dipotong sepanjang hari. Semoga lain kali saya pergi, itu akan berubah lebih banyak dan Sky Bar - Spa akan terbuka. Sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini!

Hotelnya nyaman, kamarnya bersih, pemandangan menara penyu sangat indah. Staf sangat antusias dan sopan. Lokasi hotel dekat dengan danau. Sangat nyaman bagi wisatawan. Melangkah keluar dari pintu hotel ini penuh dengan hidangan lezat dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau. Daerah ini sangat sibuk di malam hari, tetapi ketika Anda menutup pintu, itu sangat sunyi. Saya membatalkan pemesanan di tempat lain untuk terus menginap di hotel ini setelah pergi ke Sapa untuk bermain dan kemudian kembali ke Hanoi.

Liburan keluarga singkat di musim panas di Hanoi menjadi lebih indah dengan memesan hotel super bagus di jantung kota Hanoi, tepat di dekat Danau Hoan Kiem, Kawasan Tua, Jalan Tay Ta Hien (lebih dekat tapi tidak terlalu dekat). Saya sangat ingin membagikan ulasan kecil ini agar siapa pun yang mengunjungi Hanoi harus berkunjung ke sini.

Everything was wonderful! Perfect location for the Old Quarter. Hotel was very nice and breakfast was delicious and convenient. Normally I do not interact much with staff, but the staff here went above and beyond. Staff was very attentive assisting us with day tours as well as communicating with our Grab drivers to get us to where we needed to be. I want to thank Anna, Dana, Frank, Tom and the wonderful bar and kitchen staff for making our stay in Hanoi absolutely wonderful.

Staff were fantastic and could not do enough to assist. They stored our luggage when we went to Halong Bay, assisted with Grab and taxis and gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat. The complimentary afternoon tea was a bonus. It was a shame that there was a lot of building noise next door that sometimes started quite early in the morning and went on quite late at night. Hopefully, when the building is complete everything will be perfect. It did not bother us too much except for one night when it continued past 7pm. Would stay here again. Rooms were clean and comfortable though not large.

Ils nous on rejoint avant notre arrivée. Je leur ai dis nous venions pour fêter mon anniversaire et ils nous ont upgrades dd chambre , décoré celle ci et offert un gâteau !!! L'équipe a ete au petits soins. L'hôtel est idéalement situé. Les chambres sont propres, bien équipées, silencieuse. Les petits déjeuners excellent, tout le monde est au petits soins tout le temps. Pour notre depart ils ont offerts de garder nos bagages, d'acceder aux douches apres notre check out, nous ont accompagnés a quelques rues de L'hôtel prendre notre taxi car les rues étaient bloquées...incroyable service que je n'ai jamais eu autre part!!! Wow, bravo a L'équipe, on reviendra c'est certain.

Great location and rooftop, but unfortunately ruined by noise Pros: The hotel’s location is fantastic, with almost everything within walking distance. The rooftop bar was a major highlight! The rooms are a bit small, but clean, tidy, and pleasant. Cons: Unfortunately, our stay was marred by significant noise issues. The walls are very thin, there is ongoing construction in the neighboring building, and the sound insulation is poor. The biggest issue, however, was the noise from the breakfast restaurant directly above us. From 5:30 AM every morning, it was impossible to sleep due to the sound of chairs and tables being moved. We moved down one floor, but it didn't make much difference. Service: We did not find the staff to be very accommodating when we complained. The only compensation offered was waiving the credit card surcharge, which felt like a very poor gesture considering our night's sleep was completely ruined. Conclusion: A nice-looking hotel with a great vibe, but I cannot recommend it if you value your sleep.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt am Hoan Kiem See. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Vom Frühstücksraum und von der Rooftopbar aus, kann man auf den See schauen. Der große Wirlpool auf der Dachterasse ist gut geheizt.

The location of the Lucien Hanoi Lakeside was good as it was close to the lake but also close to many shops and eating spots. Even more important, the staff at the Lucien Hanoi Lakeside were terrific. Grace the sales manager, and Anna at the front desk were both very helpful and gracious. The daily breakfast was very good, offering such a good variety of options with lots of vegetarian options was great. And their staff, especially Hueng, was terrific. We had a really nice stay at the hotel and would return again.

A very lovely hotel with a large rooftop jacuzzi, bar, and comfortable seating to take in a sunset and watch the city come alive with lights. The hotel’s restaurant affords diners with a glassed-in city view as well. The varied menu is well thought out and the complementary breakfast is varied and fresh. It would be an understatement to say the hotel personnel go above and beyond to make travellers happy. (The staff gathering for a group send off as we left was truly touching.) The hotel is a rare find anywhere and offers a refined and relaxing venue to seek refuge from Hanoi’s lively street life. Highly, highly recommended.

Lovely staff, beautiful food, service exceptional. Would stay again. Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Happy hour on roof top bar and views of lake fantastic .

Everything was wonderful! Perfect location for the Old Quarter. Hotel was very nice and breakfast was delicious and convenient. Normally I do not interact much with staff, but the staff here went above and beyond. Staff was very attentive assisting us with day tours as well as communicating with our Grab drivers to get us to where we needed to be. I want to thank Anna, Dana, Frank, Tom and the wonderful bar and kitchen staff for making our stay in Hanoi absolutely wonderful.

Love the location, the staff were so helpful and kind, and the rooms were clean and well appointed. Small spaces and some wear and tear, as is common with older properties with tight confines, but love the overall vibe and would definitely go back!

Staff were fantastic and could not do enough to assist. They stored our luggage when we went to Halong Bay, assisted with Grab and taxis and gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat. The complimentary afternoon tea was a bonus. It was a shame that there was a lot of building noise next door that sometimes started quite early in the morning and went on quite late at night. Hopefully, when the building is complete everything will be perfect. It did not bother us too much except for one night when it continued past 7pm. Would stay here again. Rooms were clean and comfortable though not large.

Ils nous on rejoint avant notre arrivée. Je leur ai dis nous venions pour fêter mon anniversaire et ils nous ont upgrades dd chambre , décoré celle ci et offert un gâteau !!! L'équipe a ete au petits soins. L'hôtel est idéalement situé. Les chambres sont propres, bien équipées, silencieuse. Les petits déjeuners excellent, tout le monde est au petits soins tout le temps. Pour notre depart ils ont offerts de garder nos bagages, d'acceder aux douches apres notre check out, nous ont accompagnés a quelques rues de L'hôtel prendre notre taxi car les rues étaient bloquées...incroyable service que je n'ai jamais eu autre part!!! Wow, bravo a L'équipe, on reviendra c'est certain.

Excellent location in the old quarter, and close to the lake, easy walk. Staff were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and tours. The breakfast selection is great and so is the view from the restaurant and rooftop bar. Room was clean, overall a great base for exploring Hanoi.

Great location and rooftop, but unfortunately ruined by noise Pros: The hotel’s location is fantastic, with almost everything within walking distance. The rooftop bar was a major highlight! The rooms are a bit small, but clean, tidy, and pleasant. Cons: Unfortunately, our stay was marred by significant noise issues. The walls are very thin, there is ongoing construction in the neighboring building, and the sound insulation is poor. The biggest issue, however, was the noise from the breakfast restaurant directly above us. From 5:30 AM every morning, it was impossible to sleep due to the sound of chairs and tables being moved. We moved down one floor, but it didn't make much difference. Service: We did not find the staff to be very accommodating when we complained. The only compensation offered was waiving the credit card surcharge, which felt like a very poor gesture considering our night's sleep was completely ruined. Conclusion: A nice-looking hotel with a great vibe, but I cannot recommend it if you value your sleep.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, friendly and charming. They went out of their way to help us with any information needed. I also recommend the restaurant on the top floor for great food and beautiful view of the city. We truly enjoyed our stay in Lucien hotel

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt am Hoan Kiem See. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Vom Frühstücksraum und von der Rooftopbar aus, kann man auf den See schauen. Der große Wirlpool auf der Dachterasse ist gut geheizt.

The location of the Lucien Hanoi Lakeside was good as it was close to the lake but also close to many shops and eating spots. Even more important, the staff at the Lucien Hanoi Lakeside were terrific. Grace the sales manager, and Anna at the front desk were both very helpful and gracious. The daily breakfast was very good, offering such a good variety of options with lots of vegetarian options was great. And their staff, especially Hueng, was terrific. We had a really nice stay at the hotel and would return again.

A very lovely hotel with a large rooftop jacuzzi, bar, and comfortable seating to take in a sunset and watch the city come alive with lights. The hotel’s restaurant affords diners with a glassed-in city view as well. The varied menu is well thought out and the complementary breakfast is varied and fresh. It would be an understatement to say the hotel personnel go above and beyond to make travellers happy. (The staff gathering for a group send off as we left was truly touching.) The hotel is a rare find anywhere and offers a refined and relaxing venue to seek refuge from Hanoi’s lively street life. Highly, highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were so warm and welcoming and kind throughout our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offering was excellent and had a large choice. We would happily come back here.
