Biaya sewa termasuk bahan bakar, tol, dan biaya parkir bandara.
Penumpang harus membayar biaya tambahan yang disebabkan oleh pengubahan zona penjemputan atau pengantaran. Pembayaran harus dalam bentuk tunai dan dibayarkan langsung ke staf atau pengemudi Zenith Wholesale Enterprise.
Semua harga dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
During booking, please ensure that you choose the appropriate pick-up time for your airport transfer.
You are advised to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure for international flights or 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights. Timing your arrival at the airport according to this advisory will minimize the impact of risks such as traffic, route changes, or other delays.
Please be informed that Traveloka is not liable for missed flights caused by inappropriate pickup times.
Children below the height of 135 cm must sit on the infant/child car seat. If you want to reserve an infant/child car seat, please mention it in the "Info for Pick Up" box at the time of booking. Zenith Wholesale Enterprise will contact you to confirm availability. Please pay Zenith Wholesale Enterprise for SGD 15 per car seat if available.
For the route from the airport to Johor Bahru, the car will wait up to max. 75 minutes after the passenger's arrival time. If passengers are late, they will be charged an extra SGD 10 per 15 minutes.
For passengers traveling to the airport, lateness is tolerated up to a maximum of 30 minutes after the chosen pick-up time. Passengers are required to pay a late fee of SGD 10 per 15 minutes after the time limit is exceeded.
For passengers traveling from the airport, lateness is tolerated for a maximum of 60 minutes (for domestic arrivals) or 90 minutes (for international arrivals) after the chosen pick-up time. Passengers are required to pay a late fee of SGD 10 per 15 minutes after the time limit is exceeded.
Passengers traveling from the airport must contact the driver directly to meet at the pick-up location. Please see your Traveloka voucher for further instructions.
The standard baggage measurement for one item is 24 inches (43 x 23 x 63 cm). This includes suitcases, backpacks (carriers), and cardboard boxes. Strollers, wheelchairs, and folding bicycles, will be counted as two items.
All luggage must be placed in the third row of the vehicle and should not block the rear view. Carry-on bags or backpacks smaller than 60 liters can be placed in the front row of the vehicle.
Oversized luggage (above standard measurement), such as surfboards, non-folding bicycles, or sharp/hazardous objects that could cause damage are not permitted inside the vehicle.
Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
The driver has the right to refuse passengers bringing luggage not fulfilling the above requirements.

Penumpang dilarang merokok, serta membawa barang berbau menyengat dan/atau barang berbahaya ke dalam kendaraan Zenith Wholesale Enterprise. Barang berbahaya mencakup namun tidak terbatas pada benda tajam, zat mudah terbakar, bahan peledak, bahan kimia, materi berbahaya, dan obat terlarang.
Penumpang dilarang menggunakan layanan Zenith Wholesale Enterprise untuk tindakan kriminal atau ilegal.
Penumpang bertanggung jawab atas segala konsekuensi yang terjadi karena melanggar poin-poin di atas.
Reschedule bisa dilakukan paling lambat 24 jam sebelum waktu penjemputan.
Pengajuan reschedule Anda bergantung pada ketersediaan mobil.
Reschedule tidak dikenakan biaya. Namun, jika ada perbedaan harga rental di antara jadwal baru dan lama, selisih harganya akan ditanggung oleh penumpang.

Refund dapat diberikan untuk pembatalan yang dilakukan selambat-lambatnya 24 jam sebelum waktu penjemputan.
Jumlah refund adalah 100% dari biaya rental.
Dana akan dikembalikan sesuai dengan metode pembayaran yang dipilih ketika pemesanan.
