"Tentan" uses high-quality domestic Kuroge Wagyu beef and purchases it from suppliers with deep trust. It also provides Kyoto vegetables delivered directly from Kyoto. The biggest feature of Tiantan is the "golden sauce", which is a dipping sauce based on beef bone broth with a sweet and sour taste. It removes excess fat and tastes refreshing. Our first recommendation is the Thousand-Flower Beef Tenderloin, which is sliced thinly and stacked in three pieces, marinated in a black pepper-based sauce.
