Everything was clean and tidy, nice and secure. Funny smell, but it was cleaning products I assume and we got used to it.

Very bad experience

No spare blankets. Not enough bathroom product for 3 people

OK but not great. Management was very good with accommodating our late check in. Apartment was spacious. Decor was a bit tired but clean and comfortable. The area looks a bit rough and the grass on the main road is overgrown.

Do not stay here. Be warned. Will take charges from card after you leave.

Do not stay at this dump. Rude, dirty, no privacy, cigarette smoke all over, construction and night works, horribly sleep, air pillows will cost you more with a physio, carpet is filthy, walls are covered in dirt for years, management and front desk untrained, rude and useless.

Location, professional, easy check in and out

Will never stay at apx parramatta ever again. Staff where absolutely appalling. Questioned me and my partner on our marital status and where very rude about it. When we ask why our marital status matter they did not answer and got really defensive when questioned. If i could of found accommodation that night we would not of stayed there with our family. Absolutely disgraceful 😤

The staff on reception were extremely rude. And unhelpful.

The motel was secure, our room was clean and reception was fast and efficient.

Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great position as it is 3 minutes walk to Rosehill racetrack, a Woolworths, Maccas and KFC. There is also a fantastic pizza place called Sopranos at the local shops too. Parking is easy and undercover. That is the good. Now the Reality, This was the 4th time I have stayed at APX Rosehill, The rooms are cheap and nasty and you feel dirty just walking in. If wasn’t for the cheap fee and location you wouldn’t bother. However this time it was even worse. The room smelt mouldy and musty. The TV remote didn’t work. However, the good staff were able to get it to work, but the complaints on the smell went on deaf ears. Speaking of deaf, the place was not booked out yet I was place on the very front corner room. This was THE very noisiest room for traffic ALL night. At least on the second night I had the sense to go and buy a set of ear plugs from Woolies to drown out the sirens and trucks. If you are strapped for cash and need a place to stay, look at the Ibis Budget up the road at Wentworhville, it is cleaner, quieter and cheaper. At the end of the day I Won’t be back.
