The apartment was great. I wish I’d been there a little longer. I had some problems at check in but it got sorted in the end. The guy at the desk did his best.

Room smelt of either mould or smoke was not given what I expected loft one bedroom apartment, given three bedrooms instead was told do not enter these rooms or you will be charged a fine. Beds were so old and uncomfortable definitely needs a full upgrade before I will ever stay again not worth any money for the stay and the cupboard in kitchen had other peoples left over food in the cupboard. Lamps don’t work no aircon in bedroom only a fan with dust all in it poor poor poor

We had a great stay. Very clean and quiet. The staff at the front desk were all very lovely ❤️

there were no amenities, the garage door in the complex was held up by a strap. The walkways had a strange foul odour. The room was reeking of grease.

Decent sized apartments - good location . However.. I left my phone in one the apartments and than changed to another room. I had not been anywhere, so it’s impossible it was lost elsewhere. The cleaners allegedly couldn’t find it and when I asked if perhaps they’d picked it up by accident and forgotten to return it I was told by one of the male receptionists that “that is just over thinking. It is not possible that any of the cleaners did the at and I went and checked the apartment and couldn’t find it” it was strange I was not offered to go look myself tbh. Basically my phone was never returned and the staff didn’t give a crap/covered each others backsides.

I just thought I was getting a shower bath combo in the bathroom and didn't get a tub was disappointing but the staff were lovely.

The staff were very unhelpful and honestly it was just a disappointing experience and we will never stay there again. I asked a full week in advance to be able to check in an hour early cause we had an event and they said shouldn’t be an issue call on the day. I did that and again they said they might be able to help, when we got there they wanted to charge us $200 extra to check in an hour early. It’s just not a good vibe there. The room also had a bug infestation in the bathroom

Dodgy place. Stunk of weed the whole time. Loud bangs through walls. Disgusting cleanliness. Everything broken. Pool advertised but actually under construction. Nice staff at least. I’d avoid.

Convenient, large clean rooms and affordable price.

2 bedroom apartment was very spacious & very clean. Was only a one night stay for us, but the apartment appeared to have everything you would need for a longer stay. Beds were comfy, not much traffic noise at all despite being on a main road. Lots of car parks. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. We needed a late check in. It would have been handy to be able to get the key later. Had to leave our family Christmas party early.

The apartment was tidy and had everything we needed for our short stay! We had no issues at all.

Not great

Unfortunately I was charged more than expected by Expedia. Then the apartment I was given only had 1 very narrow window, so was very dark. There was no window in the bedroom, just a skylight, so the room was light at 5.30am......not good when on holiday. Lots of leaves at the front door, so when you opened the door the leaves all came inside. I would expect a much better apartment for the money I paid. Location is good.
