Don’t arrive after 10pm, we had arranged 11pm check in but when we arrived they made us wait in the car for 30 minutes until someone turned up to check us in. The pool was filthy so couldn’t swim. The apartment had no windows but it had a skylight in the bedroom so we were woken up early every morning (terrible design). Good location, big apartment, expensive parking.

2 towels for 4 people. No air conditioning upstairs in bedrooms. It was very hot!

Staff were efficient and friendly. The apartments were spacey and had everything we needed.

Room was dated. Bed and shower were good. Couch was broken, could NOT sit on it. Told staff and they said oh sorry. That was it & yet i had to pay a $200 deposit for breakages.. go figure.

The room smelled of cigarettes and the doona was dirty. The staff were courteous.The shower has good water pressure.

Clean room, quiet, good facilities. No frills but covered alm the bases.

The apartment was great. I wish I’d been there a little longer. I had some problems at check in but it got sorted in the end. The guy at the desk did his best.

Room smelt of either mould or smoke was not given what I expected loft one bedroom apartment, given three bedrooms instead was told do not enter these rooms or you will be charged a fine. Beds were so old and uncomfortable definitely needs a full upgrade before I will ever stay again not worth any money for the stay and the cupboard in kitchen had other peoples left over food in the cupboard. Lamps don’t work no aircon in bedroom only a fan with dust all in it poor poor poor

We had a great stay. Very clean and quiet. The staff at the front desk were all very lovely ❤️

there were no amenities, the garage door in the complex was held up by a strap. The walkways had a strange foul odour. The room was reeking of grease.

Decent sized apartments - good location . However.. I left my phone in one the apartments and than changed to another room. I had not been anywhere, so it’s impossible it was lost elsewhere. The cleaners allegedly couldn’t find it and when I asked if perhaps they’d picked it up by accident and forgotten to return it I was told by one of the male receptionists that “that is just over thinking. It is not possible that any of the cleaners did the at and I went and checked the apartment and couldn’t find it” it was strange I was not offered to go look myself tbh. Basically my phone was never returned and the staff didn’t give a crap/covered each others backsides.

I just thought I was getting a shower bath combo in the bathroom and didn't get a tub was disappointing but the staff were lovely.

The staff were very unhelpful and honestly it was just a disappointing experience and we will never stay there again. I asked a full week in advance to be able to check in an hour early cause we had an event and they said shouldn’t be an issue call on the day. I did that and again they said they might be able to help, when we got there they wanted to charge us $200 extra to check in an hour early. It’s just not a good vibe there. The room also had a bug infestation in the bathroom

Dodgy place. Stunk of weed the whole time. Loud bangs through walls. Disgusting cleanliness. Everything broken. Pool advertised but actually under construction. Nice staff at least. I’d avoid.
