Great location

Convenient, large clean rooms and affordable price.

2 bedroom apartment was very spacious & very clean. Was only a one night stay for us, but the apartment appeared to have everything you would need for a longer stay. Beds were comfy, not much traffic noise at all despite being on a main road. Lots of car parks. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. We needed a late check in. It would have been handy to be able to get the key later. Had to leave our family Christmas party early.

The apartment was tidy and had everything we needed for our short stay! We had no issues at all.

Not great

Unfortunately I was charged more than expected by Expedia. Then the apartment I was given only had 1 very narrow window, so was very dark. There was no window in the bedroom, just a skylight, so the room was light at 5.30am......not good when on holiday. Lots of leaves at the front door, so when you opened the door the leaves all came inside. I would expect a much better apartment for the money I paid. Location is good.

Clean rooms, easy checkout

So many issues. The tv and the aircondudidnt work. Bug crack in the mirrior, really bad faultg electrical in one of the bedrooms that was a safety hazard. Wires hanging out. Key provided to enter the locked gate of the priperty after hours did not work. Same for other gussts staying. We were stranded at midnight not able to get in as the after houds contact numner aas not helpful. It was onky that a car was leaving that opened a roller door and we were able to enter the property premises. Check-in took over 40mins when there was clearly extra staff that may have been able to assist but there was only one person checking people in (this staff member was lovely). Very disappointed this visit.

Rooms are very outdated and in desperate need of an upgrade. No A/C in bedrooms. Both lounges were broken, filthy and in terrible condition.

Location perfect being just across from Rosehill Gardens and a block from a Woolworths centre with Maccas and KFC. It was perfect for us as a connection to Parramatta being only a short bus ride away. Staff were friendly and complex was secure. The room we stayed in appeared to have been recently renovated however it still had considerable mould problems in the bathroom (on tbe roof and floor) as well as a damaged TV (lines across it). Also the bed was quite noisy (yes, we were just sleeping on it!). Overall though for the price and convenience I'd be happy to stay here again.

Unfortunately, my stay at APX Parramatta didn’t quite meet expectations. The building itself felt quite tired and in need of some basic upkeep. The door locks worked, but they were fiddly—getting keys in and out was more of a hassle than it should be. A bigger issue was the air conditioning. While it was advertised as having A/C, it only serviced the downstairs area. The upstairs rooms were left with just fans, which made for an uncomfortably warm stay. There were also a few maintenance issues. The curtains couldn’t be properly drawn due to broken runners, and one of the window winders was broken, making it difficult to let in fresh air. Overall, the experience was fairly underwhelming. The place needs a bit of TLC to justify its price and rating.

Very clean, spacious and tidy.

Property requires double glazed windows as you get no sleep due to traffic all night. We had no hot water, reception investigated and said everyone was showering at same time therefore this resulted in no hit water. For us oldies, bed is upstairs and toilet downstairs, challenging to climb stairs if a night. Clean and modern facilities.

Good location.

Cleaning was an issue: the sofa were all badly stained (like someone urinated). Took pictures and showed to the receptionist and emailed to the manager. No response yet since July

Dirty dishes left in the sink. Bathrooms are filthy, need a good clean. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Futon lounge in lounge room broken and uncomfortable. Booked for six people, only 5 towels provided.

Room was clean but there was a lot of mould in the laundry which needs to be cleaned
