Great location and atmosphere. Staff very obliging. Reviews we read talked about the lift. Still out of service but the problem was explained to us about the difficulty in having it repaired. The staff were happy to deliver our luggage to our room.

Cool historic building. Room very comfortable and amenities excellent. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Reception has limited hours, so a guest needs to be aware tto check-in on time. Staff very accomodating and helpful.

お部屋も明るく清潔でバスルームもバスタブとシャワールームが分かれていて快適でした。
ローセストンの繁華街にも徒歩数分と言う便利な場所ですがお庭にはローズガーデンもあり静かなホテルです。

It is better for the hotel to display the Hotel's name in the entrance as we missed the entrance again and again, especially at night.
The breakfast is good and there is a beautiful garden.

Fantastic staff and a good location to both drive or walk Launceston. The room is comfortable and clean but be aware it is an old building so there is not much sound proofing. Most guests are good about it though.

Parking was fine. Elevator was broken so had to use the stairs which are steep. Got told to move to garden to continue on my phone call and i was talking quietly too and no one was around. They said due to guests in the room at ground level which there is a bench seat outside in front of that window. Maybe move bench if people cant sit and talk there.

Hotel was very conveniently situated within easy walking distance to town centre, museums etc, Cataract Gorge walk and many restaurants. The staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay, the room was large and beautifully renovated. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Yasmin who was so helpful in providing information on local restaurants and directions to the gorge, as well as helping with our bags to and from the room. Highly recommend!!

The boutique hotel is a converted convent with different sized and shaped rooms throughout (think B&B without the breakfast). Our room, Room 21, had a balcony with a small table and two chairs looking east over the town which was nice for viewing moonrises and sunrises. All rooms come with Netflix which the staff was very helpful in getting working in our room. It's close enough to walk to town or to Cataract Gorge. Just a fantastic lodging option.

Great to be able to stay in a hotel where the windows can be opened. Our room also had the benefit of a balcony, with views over Launceston. It was nice to stay in a small establishment in a convenient location. We will return.
