ホテルスタッフが、常に居ない。設備が、古く床が軋んだら、廊下を移動している音が聞こえる。

キッチンはありませんが、部屋もバスタブが広くくつろげました。車が便利です。

お部屋も明るく清潔でバスルームもバスタブとシャワールームが分かれていて快適でした。 ローセストンの繁華街にも徒歩数分と言う便利な場所ですがお庭にはローズガーデンもあり静かなホテルです。

Sole lift out of order tho staff carried bags upstairs.

Hotel was very conveniently situated within easy walking distance to town centre, museums etc, Cataract Gorge walk and many restaurants. The staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel and you can go on the balcony on the 2nd floor. Very soft and fluffy towels, comfy bed.

Hotel is in need of a refresh but it was good value

James was great and provided excellent recommendations for places to eat and see in area.

Lift was out of order which was a problem for one of our party. Would have been good to know in advance. We were on the third floor and they couldn’t move us.

We had a wonderful stay, the room was large and beautifully renovated. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Yasmin who was so helpful in providing information on local restaurants and directions to the gorge, as well as helping with our bags to and from the room. Highly recommend!!

The boutique hotel is a converted convent with different sized and shaped rooms throughout (think B&B without the breakfast). Our room, Room 21, had a balcony with a small table and two chairs looking east over the town which was nice for viewing moonrises and sunrises. All rooms come with Netflix which the staff was very helpful in getting working in our room. It's close enough to walk to town or to Cataract Gorge. Just a fantastic lodging option.

Great to be able to stay in a hotel where the windows can be opened. Our room also had the benefit of a balcony, with views over Launceston. It was nice to stay in a small establishment in a convenient location. We will return.

This hotel is an old Victorian property refurbished with multiple rooms. The room itself was very spacious which was lovely as we were staying for several nights. The condition of the property itself is as to be expected for a house of this age - the floorboards under the carpet are uneven and walls have cracks and have been obviously patched. This was not too much of a bother, as Victorian houses do tend to have this character. We stayed in a room without a bathtub, and the bathroom itself was clean and appointed with basic toiletries and a hair dryer. TVs in the sitting area and bedroom were also greatly appreciated. Some areas for improvement in the rooms were that the blinds were old and extremely difficult to manoeuvre, getting stuck multiple times when lowering. The windows themselves were also hard to manage due to their age. The bedding appeared a little old as well, with some of the pillow cases appearing yellowed. We had also booked our stay several months prior, and at that time the hotel was offering breakfast. We were surprised to find on checking in that the hotel had since ceased doing this, though the guest information folder in our room still described a “continental breakfast” delivered to rooms. The folder instructed us to refer to the enclosed menu, which was of course not included. Apart from these issues, this was an adequate hotel with very friendly staff. The price is a little high for the condition, amenities, and city fringe location.

A little spartan but quiet, safe and an easy walk into town and to the Cataract Gorge. A decent choice and reasonable price.
