Neat and tidy, clean and decent! The description is accurate! Happy to spent my night at Auldington :)

酒店職員十分友善,係都要幫我2個行李攞上房，酒店係一間古老豪宅，房間已經番新，車位充足，位置非常方便

房間空間足夠，床是舒適的，地點離巿中心有點遠，步行有點吃力，因酒店是在小斜坡上，找早午晚餐都要步行10分鐘，房間安排在3樓，晚上有很多小飛蟲，有點煩擾，不推薦這酒店給其他沒駕駛的住客。

Very bad service 😠

the room we booked is supposed to accommodatte three people, but it only had one queen bed. When we requested to add a folding bed, they asked us to pay 38$ extra. no reception at night time.

一房一廳一衛看似很大，但沒有收納功能非常可惜，有微波爐、餐具可用、冰箱放滿了需要付費的食物，沒有多餘的空間可放自己的食物，第一天遇到的服務人員，不管是問機場接送或其他問題，一律都回答「不知道」，讓人很不舒服。

A nice hotel with good location

有足夠車位，方便自駕由的旅客。開車前往cataract gorge也很近。 房間頗大，床鋪也舒適。

Hotel is located in a good location. Free parking is helpful to our rental car. The room has good and clean envirnoment. Staff provided good advices for restauant. We can gather a lot of information of Tasmania Travel. Many foods and drink are stored in room. Altough the hotel is a low building, lift is available to the customer. However the reception does not work twenty for hours daily. Due to change of our travelling plan, we cannot shorten our room booking.

Clean and tidy. Good view from the balcony. It is a two minutes drive from Launceston city. Many car slots available. The receptionist was really nice. A very good stay at Launceston.

價格合理，地點安靜，花園漂亮，浴室大，但未能善用，沐浴間較小，如果Wifi可不受每天每房500MB限制就更好了，只是鄰近欠食店超市則較不便。

Just normal, quite old building. A little over-priced for the facility inside but it has got a quite convenient location, 2 minutes of driving/10 minutes of walking to the nearest supermarket which claims to close at mid-night. Lift is a little small and slow but it is an old building, so cannot ask for too much, right?

Good hotel and good reception.when we check in,the reception told us where to go around nearby.The room is tidy.The bathroom is good.There are supermarket and restaurants within few minutes drive.

normally is good, but after checking out they charge me the cost of the robes. They said i leave it out, but i said i didn't. They insist charge me. unfortunately, i need to bear this cost.

Convenient location. Close to CBD. Clean and comfortable room. Charming historical building with a beautiful garden. Very nice and helpful staff.

This hotel is an old Victorian property refurbished with multiple rooms. The room itself was very spacious which was lovely as we were staying for several nights. The condition of the property itself is as to be expected for a house of this age - the floorboards under the carpet are uneven and walls have cracks and have been obviously patched. This was not too much of a bother, as Victorian houses do tend to have this character. We stayed in a room without a bathtub, and the bathroom itself was clean and appointed with basic toiletries and a hair dryer. TVs in the sitting area and bedroom were also greatly appreciated. Some areas for improvement in the rooms were that the blinds were old and extremely difficult to manoeuvre, getting stuck multiple times when lowering. The windows themselves were also hard to manage due to their age. The bedding appeared a little old as well, with some of the pillow cases appearing yellowed. We had also booked our stay several months prior, and at that time the hotel was offering breakfast. We were surprised to find on checking in that the hotel had since ceased doing this, though the guest information folder in our room still described a “continental breakfast” delivered to rooms. The folder instructed us to refer to the enclosed menu, which was of course not included. Apart from these issues, this was an adequate hotel with very friendly staff. The price is a little high for the condition, amenities, and city fringe location.
