バッテリーポントまで徒歩5分、サラマンカまでも10分内で行けるので便利な立地です。部屋が広く、値段の割に綺麗で快適でした。おそらく改装したばかりで、シャワーのヘッドも大きく、取り外し式なので快適でした。部屋に開けれる窓がなく、空気の循環がないので扇風機の音が気になりましたが、なれます。換気の出来る窓があれば完璧でしたが、この料金では大満足のモーテルでした

Arrived having sent my id and phone number as requested. Informed by Hotel. com four hours after arriving that a lock pad number would be sent on the day of our arrival !!!! If it had not been for some fellow guests who rang a different number than what we were given and managed to contact someone who gave us the lock and key combination. The room was clean and bedding very good but there was not a single hook to hang any clothing. Nor a cupboard. The combi/fan/light/heater made an unbearable noise in the bathroom. Luckily there was another smaller light in the room. Third night the heavens opened in Hobart and the roof was leaking. They moved us to another room which did have a wardrobe but a lot of rust under the metal window. There was no hot water in the shower. If the effort was made could be a really nice motel. But sadly not on this occasion. A very dangerous health and safety issue is the steps upto the motel. If you drive in you would not use them. But the lower flight has a handrail somewhat wobbly and splintered, half hidden under the undergrowth. The second flight no hand rail and loose stones. Very slippy on the rainy day.

I normally don't leave bad reviews but we had a terrible experience there. It started off with bad communication regarding check-in and ended with a huge leak in the ceiling! My phone, book and ear plugs got soaked. I've emailed them 3 times (reception was closed when we left) and no-one even bothered responding and taking responsibility. We've actually covered the floors with towels to prevent their floors getting soaked & damaged, no appreciation or decency whatsoever.

Budget for a reason…the room was poorly presented, very dusty and dirty. The bathroom layout lacked thought and the window blinds were absolutely filthy. Overall, the building is in very poor condition and requires significant maintenance and repair. The location is excellent and the bed was comfortable.

It was clean. close to amenities. Not very much parking first in best dressed heard of the noise from the unit above but it was pleasant and yes I would say there again

Great place 2 get away from the stresses of life

Room was clean and tidy, bed comfortable. But we woke up to a hotbox.. no way to get fresh air, no fan to turn on, and the large window was like a heater even with the blinds closed.

Basic but clean, inexpensive and a good location. No AC in my room but temperature was ok. Good choice if on a budget and want proximity to Salamanca.

Comfortable clean room, friendly service

Staff were very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is very central and close to the water and the city!

The rooms were spacious, easy check in. Needed extra pillows which we asked for and they brought them to the room. Was an easy walk to the city so a good location.

It had good views and a handy location. The check-out instructions mentioned a drop-box for keys but I didn't see it. I just put them back in the lock-box. There are only 6 rooms on the ground floor and lots of stairs so be prepared to carry your luggage up them. No extra blanket or pillows, or face cloths. Very old building with a poorly executed cosmetic update. All week before our arrival, I kept getting messages asking for photo ID to make sure it was us checking in. I thought this was scam email because I've worked in hotels and stayed in many and this has never been required before. I ignored all those messages and was able to check-in successfully. If those messages are from the hotel, they need to stop sending them.

There were no staff but I had no issues with check in or check out. The shower was terrible and it is not hygienic hanging towels over the toilet

You can reach the main city attractions and restaurants on foot, so it is recommended for regular tourists. The room facilities are simple but sufficient, making it very worthwhile at this price.

Parfait

Room was clean and had what we needed. Checking in after reception had closed was simple and easy. Glad we arrived in time to access a car park on the premises, would've stressed if all the parks were full as only limited on-site parking.
