泊車方便，近市中心

could not cancel my booking. Because of the coronavirus ,all travellers from hong kong have to self isolate for 14 days.we were not able to get there on time.No refund, extreme unreasonable!!!!!!

The room is spacious, around 10-15mins walk to supermarket or nearby restaurants. Staffs are friendly and the view behind is nice! But the place is quite old, no lift, no air conditioning, the hot water supply is not stable (when taking shower the water turns cold/very hot suddenly) & there’s a blocked drains problem in the room we stayed=_=‘

Is ok,but not a really good view there. And it is 2 floor , not easy to put up the baggages

The location is good, walkable distance to harbour. Clean and large room.

棉被套沒鋪好，看到泛黃棉被，不是很乾淨，但是靠海風景不錯，停車場在旅館後方，有點難找，

本來預定了的房間在頂層，進去以後發覺房間只有在浴室裡頭有個窗戶可以打開，接近房門的所有窗戶都不可以打開。冬天還好，如果是夏天，就應該會好熱。結果，付費換了樓下的一個房間。

Cute, great location, lovely views, clean and as described.

The staff were really unhelpful. The room was sparce. The bathroom tap was broken. Very loose. The passage and steps, the carpet was very worn. We will not be back.

Close to Salamanca and Sandy Bay. Neat, clean and tidy room. Process from the outset was straightforward.

The premises looked very unloved with torn carpet on the stairs one of the first things you see. Every step had badly torn carpet. The walls were marked everywhere and the noise levels of slamming doors was consistent throughout the night. We booked here as a last resort 3 days before we needed somewhere to stay in Hobart. Next time this happens, we will pay the extra $$ rather than stay at Blue Hills. We stayed there around 20 years ago and had good memories of it then. Those good memories have now been erased!!

Parking just ok

Ist ok, aber alles ein bisschen abgeranzt

Shower floor slimey and a lot of course black hair shower falling off wall. If we wanted to use heater we couldn’t watch TV only one power point carpet was stained everything was very dusty the stairwell was dangerous with torn carpet on the treads wouldn’t not recommend

Moquette tâchée, robinetterie défectueuse, mais literie confortable.

Cheap with great views of Mount Wellington, as well as being conveniently close to the centre of Sandy Bay.

The place is being done up, it's a work in progress. It's secure and comfy enough. Some spray and wipe, and a shower curtain wouldn't hurt.

It served its purpose; however, it was very unclean. The sheets were clean though. Also, during the night it was very noisy. A vacuum cleaner going late in the evening. They were NOT vacuuming our room.

It was great definitely will be back
