最寄駅から歩いて約５分、海沿いの地域にあるアパートメントで駐車場もありとても便利です。 悪い点はWi-Fiの質がとても悪いこと、部屋の掃除が３日に一度で、最低限のことしかやってくれないので、ほこりが溜まっていても拭き取ってはくれない。

ルームサービスがあまり良くなかった。

We stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks. Stuffs were very kind and diligent. We could use many towels and washing machine in the room. Big supermarket and many shops were near the apartment. WiFi is free. Much more comfortable than expected. I recommend this apartment to all the people who would enjoy a Melbourne life.

they need to do a lot of Maintenace. g Guttering falling off. Rooms need a fresh coat of paint and carpets replaced. Oven dirty, still had old foil in the bottom.

The location of the property is perfect and size of the room was great, but it really lacked beyond that especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. All of the plates, mugs and glasses were dirty, the phone was hanging off the wall, the walls scuffed with stains on the carpet, the bedroom window did not open and although having a washing machine in the room was a good addition there was no dryer and only a small old rusted clothes horse. I wasn't expecting it to be 5 stars, but surely being clean isn't too much to ask.

Would you stay in a room with blood stain on the carpet and they had to leave the windows open to try to rid of the urine smell as well as wet paint smell, I definitely did not! On checking in we noticed a few red flags....inaccurate description online pics are not what it seems, poor customer service (basically handed the keys and find the room yourself), scattered bags of rubbish left in foyer, apartment hallways and parking area, blood on carpet in lounge room and urine smell in bedroom. We walked into the apartment and looked at surroundings only to walk straight back out to reception to ask for refund. They offered another room but that too smelt mouldy. They contacted manger who refused refund, even Hotels.com tried to refund and yet still refused! Left me stranded as I then had to find an alternate accom nearby late in the evening. Should have taken photos but we were so disgusted.

Our apartment was very comfortable, clean and reliable. Could not fault it.

Was good for the cost, only there for 1 night. Easy access to local shopping centre

The people living in the room next to me were broken into one night...their phone, wallet, unit keys and car keys were stolen...and their car was also stolen!!

Completely run down old joint. It was kind of clean but has an old ingrained dirtiness to it

I arrived to check in and was told that I had been sent a email saying the room was flooded, and they had transferred me to their sister motel in Highett. I did not have a car and had chosen this accommodation on the grounds that it was on the Sandringham line close to my friend’s place. The room was not cheap, but convenient to my method of public transport so I had paid more than I normally would. The sister motel was on the Frankston railway line, and although only 6km by car away from the Brighton Appartments, a long way for someone travelling by public transport. I asked my brother ( who had a car) if we could swap accommodation for the night. He drove to the Buckingham in Highett, only to be told there was no room for me/ him! After ringing the Brighton Apartments, they eventually provided a room for the night, and although I’d been promised a $1Au deal on the buffet breakfast by the Brighton Appts, my brother was told it would cost him $22.50! Poor service, untimely notice, no due regard for potential transport issues And costs. Things promised by one source, not delivered by the replacement service organised. Left a bad taste in one’s mouth.

The moved us to some other accomodation, but were not able to give us self catering like we wanted.

Not clean, dishwasher let water out, no wash cloth to hand wash dishes. Switch for oven looked dangerous with cracks and pushed into fitting when trying to turn on.

This property smelt like mould, stains on carpet, mould in shower, water on floor near toilet with pieces of corn, curtains hanging of rails, kitchen cupboard doors hanging off hinges. Disgusting refused to stay

The complex and room are run down. The room was smelly, dark and not properly cleaned...even food scraps/crumbs under the lounge cushions (see photos). Left a day early. Would not recommend it to anyone !!!

Pretty ordinary! Noisy, dirty and difficult to locate, and very very poorly lit. Incredibly disappointing, people screaming in the complex, room is aged and filthy. Didn’t end up staying the night as felt incredibly unsafe, raised with property manager and he didn’t care as they already had our payment. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING! DO NOT STAY HERE! Price was comparable with surrounding properties so it certainly wasn’t a “budget” option!

Communication with the Manager was below par! Aircon was not working! Simple solution get it fixed! Apparently it cost money. The property as a whole needs regular maintenance. Cleanliness is poor all around property.

This property is not fit to stay at. It was dirty, mould on the walls and the whole complex was dubious with unsavoury people around. Do not stay here.

As you entered the property all you could smell was rubbish and there was a dirty nappy in the driveway

Be warned. This place is grubby. Cob webs, grime and overall revolting. The dishes and cups in the kitchenette were not clean. So we decided to wash the cups, however when we pulled out the scourer that they'd provided, that was also filthy. The bed linen was clean but the bed was not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy. We had booked for 2 nights but left after 1. The only good thing about this property is the location.
