Left to find other accomodation due to an incident with an irate manager. Room quality for my friends also staying was appalling and when we were finally able to make a complaint to staff he ejected us and refused a refund. We had to find alternative accommodation at 10pm. Police were called when it escalated and we were informed there have been multiple incidents at the hotel with other guests citing similar complaints.

The room was quiet from stteet noise but quite tired in appearance. The gardens were well maintained. Inside the room was very tired. Sheets were clean, beds were comfortable. The ceilling in the bathroom has not been cleaned in some time, mould spots galore. The lock on the front door was difficult to operate, could do with a replacement. Rubbish from previous guests under the bed. Parking was plentiful, pool was clean. Good location for our needs.

You get what you pay for. Don’t expect luxury but the room was clean, check in easy and any issues were resolved in a timely manner. Have stayed before and will stay again

I accidentally locked myself out of my room and called the after hours number on the reception door and the call went through to voice mail. I ended up having to sleep in my car. I sent them an email when I returned home and no-one has even bothered to reply. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Don’t advertise an after hours number if there isn’t any service!

Carpet filthy. Smelt musky. Curtains hanging off. Beadheads stained. Very old and needs a total refurbishment.

The bed was clean and comfortable, the shower was good. The lack of hand towels, tea towel, biscuits, spare pillow and the broken door lock reflected the $105/night cost. The young fellow at reception needs some PR training. Parking has very limited overhead clearance, don’t go there if you have a Yakimo or similar roof pod on your vehicle.

Complex is older, but clean and comfortable. Great value for what we wanted for an overnight stay. Food outlets with walking or short drive.

One of the worst motels I've ever stayed in. The room is in dire need of renovation. The room is dark, the only light is a lamp on the bedside table by the wall, so I can't even tell if the room was cleaned - I just didn't see it. But I got a full trash can from the previous guests. Parking is right in front of the door, but it's not your parking - guests from the second floor took this space and then drove in and drove out all night, not letting me sleep.

If you are expecting prompt communication and helpful service, you will need to look elsewhere for accommodation. Milk stench in fridge. Wall partially repaired. Reception hours are not accurately displayed. Can not recommend.

An older property that needs a good refurb to remove mold. Side tables and bathroom had water damage. Beds were worn, room was tight for 4 people. Kitchenette did not have a sink.
