Very convenient location

The stay was good unfortunately couldn’t get many tv channels apart from ABC

Wir waren zu spät zum check in. Jedoch wurde uns eine Nachricht per Mail geschickt, wobei alles reibungslos geklappt hat. Das einzige war, die Mikrowelle könnte gereinigt werden. Ansonsten alles gut. Dem Preis total entsprechend. Grosse Zimmer mit platz.

Easy parking

Clean room, good staff, parking available, free wifi.

The property was ok, however it advertised free wifi the password was posted in the room but we could not connect to it very disappointing

This place was actually pretty good compared to some of the ones I've been to. Visitors and guests were quiet and respectful, no excessive noise. The room was clean and tidy. Plenty of parking spaces although you don't get your own assigned car park. The only thing I would improve is providing cleaning essentials such as dishwashing liquid, sponges, tea towels and a dustpan and brush. Not exactly an expense I enjoy when on holidays with limited funds. But overall, I was satisfied and will be returning in the future.

It was a basic motel. As I was there over the weekend I had no contact wiyh staff. The room was adequate. Bed was very hard. Shower was good. It served my purpose of a room to sleep in for 2 nights while visiting friends.

I have stayed at this property several times already, so I’m quite familiar with the experience here. One thing to be aware of is that communication can sometimes be slow. There have been multiple occasions where I had to call but no one answered, and when I sent a message it sometimes took 30 minutes or even a few hours to receive a reply. In some cases, guests may need to collect the key themselves for check-in, which seems to be the normal process here. Some rooms do not have a microwave, so that is something future guests may want to check depending on the room type they book. The facilities look quite similar to the photos — they are not very new, but everything is generally usable. The room lighting is a bit dim, but the air conditioning works well and keeps the room comfortable. The bed is also quite comfortable. The bathroom and toilet area are fairly spacious. One small suggestion would be regarding the blankets stored in the wardrobe. I’m not sure if they are wool blankets, but they sometimes have a noticeable smell, not a damp smell, but more like they have been used without being freshly washed. It might be helpful if they could be cleaned more regularly. Overall, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the stay is generally acceptable if you don’t mind slightly older facilities.

The room was booked for 4 people the room only had 2 towels no hand towel no tissues. No problem when we asked for more towels. The fridge freezer was fully frozen up and a water full on tray under, not good. And lots of rubbish in the stairwell and walk way, a sweep would of been a good idea. The positive was we were only there for 1 night and the motel was well situated for our needs.

Left to find other accomodation due to an incident with an irate manager. Room quality for my friends also staying was appalling and when we were finally able to make a complaint to staff he ejected us and refused a refund. We had to find alternative accommodation at 10pm. Police were called when it escalated and we were informed there have been multiple incidents at the hotel with other guests citing similar complaints.

The room was quiet from stteet noise but quite tired in appearance. The gardens were well maintained. Inside the room was very tired. Sheets were clean, beds were comfortable. The ceilling in the bathroom has not been cleaned in some time, mould spots galore. The lock on the front door was difficult to operate, could do with a replacement. Rubbish from previous guests under the bed. Parking was plentiful, pool was clean. Good location for our needs.

You get what you pay for. Don’t expect luxury but the room was clean, check in easy and any issues were resolved in a timely manner. Have stayed before and will stay again

I accidentally locked myself out of my room and called the after hours number on the reception door and the call went through to voice mail. I ended up having to sleep in my car. I sent them an email when I returned home and no-one has even bothered to reply. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Don’t advertise an after hours number if there isn’t any service!

Carpet filthy. Smelt musky. Curtains hanging off. Beadheads stained. Very old and needs a total refurbishment.

The room was uncomfortable. I would pay a bit extra to stay somewhere else
