トラムの停留所、及びビーチから徒歩10分程度にあり、モーテル内にも小さなプールがあり、リーズナブルにビーチで泳ぐにはちょうど良いモーテルだった｡

We had to do some cleaning when we entered. The fridge was caked with a chalky residue which was also on the glasses inside it. We had to wipe down the shower cubicle..looked like water was just splashed inside it and not wiped down.

The photos on Expedia etc are of the marina across the road, the great view. It looks shabby, not chic. Rooms badly need a freshen up with paint, new carpet & a bathroom update.
The linen was good quality & bed was good.
Good location is its selling point. Not really good value for what it is.

Property extremely dated, old and not maintained. Poor presentation, photos did not reflect our room. Wouldn't recommend staying here. No Wifi in rooms only in Reception.

Terribly outdated. Can be very noisy as well as we experienced. Towels etc were clean as well as the room but it looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80s.

This was so disappointing. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed for one. The hotel is old, rundown and dirty. We pushed two beds together for a toddler so they wouldn’t fall out of bed and discovered empty bottles and takeaway food containers. The step in bath had a shower curtain and the force from the fan meant you couldn’t keep the curtain off you unless you put it outside the bath which would flood the floor. There was no window as out “2 bedroom” unit meant the single bed had the only window we had a skylight switch that didn’t work. If I was travelling alone there is no way I would have been comfortable accessing my room through a non existent security door up a stairway. You are paying for location and a carpark, nothing else. Don’t believe the photos. Never again.

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, bedding clean, aircon good and pretty quiet. Good price for the location
It is need of a spruce up The carpet was very shabby, curtains not on hooks, dirty marks on the walls and skirting boards. No bath mat or hair dryer.

The lady that did check in was polite and friendly. Was very helpful in instructing me where I was staying and parking my etc. Parking spaces are tiny and it's also tricky with the support pillars. The room is tidy enough, though very dated. I had to run the hot water for a few minutes before it actually ran hot. I thought perhaps the taps had been incorrectly placed but it's just terrible hot water and no pressure. I could also hear the room next door dealing with their shower at 2am and that seemed to go on forever. It's ok for a night, but not an extended stay.
