The place is a dive in desperate need of upgrading.

We didnot get there until 9.30pm i had no information how to open the box to get key out of box. Was not sent to my mobile i was stressed as i thought that we were going to sleep outside , trying to find someone to help us how to get into the locks. So then I went to the building again to have a look to see if there may be a number to court which then I found and I rang the manager who then gave me the code to unlock the box, he said to me you should've had notifications and I said, no, if I did, why am I ringing, you. So then he gave me the number to open the box, found the note and the loop with the key in it.But I found that was very unprofessional , as that have not communicated properly or send the rights info to the me who was going to be coming late at night. We are booked in again on our way back.Hopefully this won't happen again.

This place has so much potential. Great location, plenty of off street parking, nice staff, great bakery close by… but whoa, is it very rundown. Lots of dust, scuffs, grubby handprints and mould around the room. Bathroom looked a bit scary, but the toilet was clean. There was torrential rain the night we stayed, thus when we came back to our room the ceiling was leaking, luckily not on the beds. It was very late so we didn’t bother to raise it with staff. Windows rattled all night in the wind. Walls paper thin to hear other guests going about their lives. Bed was clean (I believe) I think if you’re desperate for a budget room for a night, it will be fine. You may not get any decent sleep though. Management photos of the property don’t really show the true side of the rooms…. Unless there are some rooms a lot better kept than others, or they’re great at photoshop. I wouldn’t stay again.

Staff were very helpful room was pleasant and nice. The shower is unusable. Basically the flow is so low. It was not a pleasant bathing experience. I understand water saving and I respect that but this was another level of low flow room 233. Apart from that everything was great.

Staff was helpful and pleasant. Tv and wifi were pointless. Place definitely showing its age. But you pay for what you get.

Improvements include a plug for the bathroom basin, chained if necessary. Ledge in the shower to put soap/ shampoo. Bending to pick up the soap is a true safety issue as falls can occur. Slide up window needs sealing as it squealed in the strong wind which forced the main door to consistently rattle loud. To stop the rattling door I put my case up against it and that was effective. Perfect positioning as within walking distance of Jetty Road, Glenelg, the shopping hub. Perfect walking pathways. Absolutely beautiful views over the water from my upstairs room. Ample parking across the complexes. Staff were respectful, helpful and a delightful group of workers. No hesitation in helping.

Overall the room was ok, could see rubbish and coins on the floor so it looked like it wasnt vacuumed.

Staff were great, floor in room and bathroom were a little untidy but not terrible at all, would stay again

It is in a great location, but very old, rooms need updating.

The surrounding 4 rooms had occupants that travelled to Adelaide to attend a wrestling event and when they got home about 12-40am, they started to party, regularly went into carport, were loud, swearing and created a very unsafe environment. Sadly, my wife and I did not get any sleep as the party did not abate until around 6am. This was despite calling the after hours security number that was not overly helpful but they did send a patrol which took some time and after contacting several more times, the security company called the police who did not arrive. On check out, the manager was unaware of the disturbance but after I returned to reception with my phone and showed her the text/call evidence, she confirmed there was a report in the system from security and was apologetic. I can understand that it was not the hotels direct fault but as I suggested their policy stated no parties, so therefore a fine would have been deserved even if it amounted to a refund of our nights accommodation with no sleep.

Good location. Rooms in need of a facelift. Sadly the tv and Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Worst motel room I've ever stayed in. Everything was dirty, grubby, stale, was seriosuly unappealing. I drove back to my house to get my own pillows because all of the pillows on the bed had someone else's hairs all inside them, so gross. The chairs at the table were ripped, torn, filthy dirty and old. The wall backing on to the shower had peeling bubbling paint falling off. Walls were dirty and marked and chipped and had old sticky tape and old broken off signs on them. There were no wine glasses. The 2 water glasses in the fridge were abs disgusting and filthy, hadnt been washed at all. The coffee mugs were stained and dirty and had coffee stains inside them. I went out and bought my own glass to drink from. The window scrim curtain was stained and dirty, the curtains were falling off the rail, the window didnt stay open and fell down shut and the dirt inside the frames was gross. The carpets hadnt been vacuumed and were filthy with bits on them and they were old and stained anyway. Walking around with no shoes on was disgusting. The room was stale inside, had to open the front door to let air in. The bathroom window and shower was gross, there was no way I was using the shower! Didnt even want to use the toilet. The bed was just ok. Luckily the sheets were clean or I would have left straight away. Tv was good. Will not be returning to this motel. The rooms are so aged and run down.
