スタッフがとても優しかった

冷蔵庫が動かず、近くの道路の車の音も大きい。空港までのタクシー料金は、早朝で42ドル。滞在費は安いけど、長く滞在しようとは思わない。

There was a coffee and tea bar supplied with no kettle; wierd. Shower facilities, but no towel, just a floor mat.

I didn't like the large step up to the toilet and shower, there should be a second step to make it much easier for people unsteady on their feet.

Good and clean

Shower was a problem having a large climb into it also water went everywhere through the toilet and floor no shower door or curtain. An extra $5 per day for parking car did not see any reference to this on the promotion.

Staff were not friendly and in no hurry to help. The rooms smell like damp, people smoking out of windows so every corridor smells like cigarettes. Plastic coated mattresses and the smallest bathroom Ive every experienced outside of a motorhome. Guests are questionable , seems a place for many people to live long-term. You get what you pay for, it is cheap, but I suggest paying an extra $30 elsewhere.

The staff were absolutely lovely and the property, while a decent walk from Gowrie train station, was easy access into Melbourne and ideal for our event at the Marvel Stadium. Trains are frequent and cheap - you do need to buy a myki card tho (we got ours at the airport). Accommodation is more like student halls or a backpackers/hostel (albeit with own rooms and bathroom facilities). Incredibly basic but acceptable for the cost and our one night stay. We were on the ground floor but had little to no noise (the main noise was the aircon - nothing Loop earplugs can’t cancel out!) and the rooms were secure - with grilles on the downstairs windows and a blackout shade (slightly ripped). We did worry about walking around at midnight after our event, but we needn’t have - it’s on a busy road and well lit. The area is a bit run down but well serviced with food places and supermarkets in walking distance. The hotel has a kitchen and laundry, if you have the need. Overall we were really happy despite it being an incredibly basic accommodation.

There is mold on the walls in the room. No towel bars to dry your wet towels. The shower and toilet area is smaller than a cruise ship. No elevator Overall the building does not exude safety.

Just awful experience, tried to get in touch as we were arriving after 12 midnight. No reply, Expedia aldo tried and no joy. Ended up booking somewhere else at further cost .. have tried but unable to get refund. Dont stay here

Could hear doors slamming all night. Noise around fridge Hardly slept all night

The room was small but very clean. Nice towels, tea, coffee etc. Bistro, wine outlet within half a block, could see Coles and McDonalds from our window.

Good hotel for a stay where you just need a bed, no elevator so if you have a big suitcase you’ll have to carry them up the stairs but very comfortable bed and nice and clean rooms.

The hotel is very convenient and good for a short stay. A bit dissapointed when they assigned an unclean room to us.

We checked in and checked out after 2 hours, after booking another accommodation. The toilet in the room as well as the entire room was stinking of urine, the stench was unbearable. However the gentleman at the reception was very kind and polite and we agreed that i would pay for the 1st day (it was supposed to be a 10 day stay) and the remaining days would be refunded. And expedia staff assisted with the refund, which i have received.

Place was old and very small, strange raised bathroom cubicle. They have cleaned the room but because of the age it is dirty around the edges.
