スタッフがとても優しかった

冷蔵庫が動かず、近くの道路の車の音も大きい。空港までのタクシー料金は、早朝で42ドル。滞在費は安いけど、長く滞在しようとは思わない。

Located in a very noisy area. The pillows could have been better quality, felt like there was no pillow at all as very thin.

The staffs where very nice to us.

Good value for money

The staff were very, rude! One of them even requested that i should go ask the person that booked the room, insinuating that i couldn't have booked the room by myself. They told me that rooms can only be cleaned after 3 days. This is the worst i have ever seen any hotel all my life. I wouldn't advice any right thinking person to stay there.

It is the worst and most dangerous place I have ever stayed despite 24 hour surveillance in the car park it is a total rip off and it felt like I was in a third world country not in Australia with multiple sub standard facilities

Very good value for money. Close to the shopping mall and fast food outlets.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower had great pressure if a little quirky as it was a raised cubicle. I found the amenities great and exactly what I needed for my trip. Thanks for a great stay.

Didn’t clean room but bed was comfy though

Great staff and easy check in

Room was dusty and dirty, bathroom was mouldy and generally dirty. Bathroom sink was in bedroom on other side of the room. Bed sheets seemingly clean but stained. Floor was hairy, chunks of debris. Didn’t look like it had been swept. Under the bed was revolting. Door didn’t have security bolt/chain, just a lock. Nothing was broken. Vent cover in bathroom missing. Only two pillows on queen bed. One flat and one weirdly stuffed. Everything else was fine.

Staff were friendly and professional... rooms were tidy but shower could have been cleaned a little better. Overall a good experience thank you

The bed was comfy and great water pressure in the shower. Heater a little noisy. Could benefit from an extra blanket just in case and a face washer. Reception team were great. Very kind and courteous on my pre arrival call and during check in. Considering on a busy roadway, I barely heard any noise.
