部屋は普通です。もう少し机が広い方が仕事がしやすいです。

ふつうのビジネスホテルです。 アクセスは良いですが、地元の人に聞いたら、アディクションの人が多い地区なので、夜は注意した方がいいとのことでした。 朝食は、シリアルとパン、飲み物だけで200ドルは高いと思いました。むしろ、ホテルから出てすぐのカフェがおしゃれでよかったです。

Took 5-10 minutes for reception to get the computer going to do check in. Bathroom is a cubicle in corner of room. Room was clean but noisy. No elevator.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I think the advert and platform(booking .com) was not helpful in that we ended up paying twice what the average rate was which was frustrating($153 as opposed to $85!!) x 4 rooms. The info on continental breakfast was very misleading and whilst the staff person was very good the facilities were less than basic. This and the after hour food and drink could be significantly improved.

First of all, make a refund at least half of my payment due to waking me up at 6.30am bc of your cleaners next to my door non-stop yelling! I told them to stop but impossible! I left without a sleep and had to drive 3hours way back to Sydney and wasted my time and money! I also struggle to fall asleep the Whole night due to stinky toilet in the room. I only stayed in the 4hours which even I could not sleep! This place is horrible and such scam!!!! I will raise it to fairtraidinf and ombudsman!!!!

I had trouble checking into the hotel there was no confirmation number only an itinerary number I lost an hour of my holiday sorting out your admin now they are saying they haven’t been paid I will never go through your company again

Staff were wonderful

In the first room the air conditioning was broken, but the staff were amazing and quickly swapped me to another room. However in that room the bathroom light didn’t work. Despite the faulty rooms, their condition was clean and the staff were amazing. Would stay again.

Room was neglected, no soap in shower air conditioner not working properly, smell in bathroom. Left after a few hours couldn't stay.

Air conditioning did not work and only stayed on one temperature as it was set in Fahrenheit and unable to change or adjust, Unable to open window for fresh air as I was on bottom floor, very noisy next to traffic lights. Thick dust on bed head, sink was dirty , big rust spot on bottom corner area of bathroom wall , only thing clean was a fresh made bed on arrival. Floor was filthy not swept or mopped. Small Bar Fridge froze drinks and food as there was no adjustment on fridge temperature to stop freezing. Inconsiderate patrons at all hours during the night, no respect for people staying or sleeping . Had to pay an extra $10.00 for parking on the grounds . Absolutely disgusting. Place has gone down hill. Corridors smelt , mould in shower covered up with silicon. Shower sprayed water everywhere, had to use own personal towel as a floor mat to stop the water from going out shower even though I had shower head facing against wall away from door entrance.

No breakfast taken cannot comment. Room was clean, air conditioned and staff were great. Only criticism was the toilet/shower module did not contain a hand basin for use after going to toilet, also there is a large step to enter the module which, as elderly couple found it quite awkward. For one night it was ok for a budget motel.

The staff were friendly, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed to see such a big difference in room prices — $177 on their website, $127 on Wotif, and $99 advertised when we arrived. Our room was on the top floor with many steps and no lift, which was a bit tiring. The room also felt very humid, and the air conditioning didn’t work well, so we didn’t sleep comfortably. The bed itself was nice, but there were no extra pillows available. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience, and we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I didn't have breakfast nor seen the options, was offered breakfast at check in. A/C stuck on 19c but controller didn't or non compatible, some surfaces very dusty ie top of tv I slept ok.

Staff r really nice and it’s a really nice stay have few more weeks there

Dated which is fine but cleanliness was poor.. very expensive for a budget hotel

No parking when we arrived at 9.30pm
