For a budget cabin and I didn't have high expectations, I was very impressed....Clean, comfortable, with a bed to die for....plenty of hot water , wonderful fluffy, soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion....lux....hairdryer, large fridge..nothing was missing...

ペット連れで宿泊しましたが、追加でチャージを取られパークの隅っこの日陰のエリアに泊まらせられました。
近くに家畜を飼っているエリアがあるようで匂いも気になりました。
しかしプール、レストラン、スタッフの対応などは素晴らしく、、もしペット連れでなければ凄く快適に過ごせたと思いますので評価は良くさせて頂きました。

My only critisism is ,there should be a handrail on the steps of the unit where there is more than one upward step.
. I found that I need3d to use both hands to haul myself, carrying a bag or bags impossible. . The security door needs a stopper to prevent it slamming open. Apart from those two issues I would most certainly.highly reccommend Ingenia.Holidays Vineyard .

Nice being able to have my dog with me. Busy few days for us in Sydney so didn’t get to use the park ammenities. Only issue was occasional group of loud teenagers wandering round late in the evening.

Nothing Deluxe about it. The “deluxe” villas are located in the main car park across from the office building not even in the park itself. It’s like Pitt Street listening to cars and trucks arrive and leave…even at 1.30am. If you are there to relax and have peace it’s not the place to book. The only TV was the size of the microwave oven located above the microwave in the kitchen. Lots of cracked tiles throughout and even the complimentary biscuits were broken in pieces. It was clean hence the one star and staff were friendly when booking in. Disappointed that it wasn’t clear regarding the location of these villas as I’d never paid $170 a night.
