Lovely holiday park and cabin

Place was average but it's not looking as pictures are online. Totally different than pictures and staff was rude when I ask her for spare towel on 4th day . She says it's not motel or hotel so no room service and no spare towels until 4th day passed. Anyhow she gave me after I requested again because we were staying with kids but I wasn't hoping this answer. This was the only time I went to reception after that we just ignored it. I would have canceled it but booking was non refundable so we have to go along with it. It's an average place if you looking a hidden place otherwise I would not prefer if travelling with kids and staying almost week in a place like this.

We were thoroughly impressed with the overall quality and professionalism of the service and quality of the staff, amenities, the park and our cabin. The area had everything close to what we needed for our stay. Thank you 😊

Great place to stay. Easy to access and close to shopping and food facilities

Staff were helpful and the grounds clean. Other guests were respectful and quiet at night.

Our cabin had everything we needed! Plenty of windows in a beautiful area and a lovely comfy, clean bed.

Second time I have stayed here and this time I stayed in the lakeside budget cabin and LOVED it! The area is just beautiful, and the wildlife I saw out the windows included birds, rabbits and foxes! The only downside was the cutlery, cutlery drawers and plates/cups weren’t clean. I had to clean everything on arrival. The heater worked really weak. The bed was really comfortable. The cabin set up was great. I will definitely stay here again.

Great cabin which was clean and dog friendly. Staff were very helpful and came to fix a loose towel rail promptly. Swimming pool (heated)and spa are amazing even on a winters day. Will be back.

Wonderful place to stay with lots to do for families. Close to transport into Sydney.

The staff were very accommodating.

My only critisism is ,there should be a handrail on the steps of the unit where there is more than one upward step. . I found that I need3d to use both hands to haul myself, carrying a bag or bags impossible. . The security door needs a stopper to prevent it slamming open. Apart from those two issues I would most certainly.highly reccommend Ingenia.Holidays Vineyard .

Great place

I booked the room thinking it’s refundable but was shocked to see that when I cancelled the booking it said that it’s non refundable and lost all my money .

Great for families, but cockroach infestation is insane killed at least 20

Excellent stay. Very pet friendly and the staff were professional and friendly. Room and amenities were very clean and tidy.

For a budget cabin and I didn't have high expectations, I was very impressed....Clean, comfortable, with a bed to die for....plenty of hot water , wonderful fluffy, soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion....lux....hairdryer, large fridge..nothing was missing... Highly recommend Avina Van Village for your next stay...🌟

Have a work vehicle with trailer and they were very accommodating.

Stayed in a family cabin clean and tidy very comfortable bed good towels and bedding was what I needed for my work trip
