Second time I have stayed here and this time I stayed in the lakeside budget cabin and LOVED it! The area is just beautiful, and the wildlife I saw out the windows included birds, rabbits and foxes! The only downside was the cutlery, cutlery drawers and plates/cups weren’t clean. I had to clean everything on arrival. The heater worked really weak. The bed was really comfortable. The cabin set up was great. I will definitely stay here again.

Great cabin which was clean and dog friendly. Staff were very helpful and came to fix a loose towel rail promptly. Swimming pool (heated)and spa are amazing even on a winters day. Will be back.

My only critisism is ,there should be a handrail on the steps of the unit where there is more than one upward step.
. I found that I need3d to use both hands to haul myself, carrying a bag or bags impossible. . The security door needs a stopper to prevent it slamming open. Apart from those two issues I would most certainly.highly reccommend Ingenia.Holidays Vineyard .

For a budget cabin and I didn't have high expectations, I was very impressed....Clean, comfortable, with a bed to die for....plenty of hot water , wonderful fluffy, soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion....lux....hairdryer, large fridge..nothing was missing...

Nice being able to have my dog with me. Busy few days for us in Sydney so didn’t get to use the park ammenities. Only issue was occasional group of loud teenagers wandering round late in the evening.

Nothing Deluxe about it. The “deluxe” villas are located in the main car park across from the office building not even in the park itself. It’s like Pitt Street listening to cars and trucks arrive and leave…even at 1.30am. If you are there to relax and have peace it’s not the place to book. The only TV was the size of the microwave oven located above the microwave in the kitchen. Lots of cracked tiles throughout and even the complimentary biscuits were broken in pieces. It was clean hence the one star and staff were friendly when booking in. Disappointed that it wasn’t clear regarding the location of these villas as I’d never paid $170 a night.
