公園の直ぐそばにあり朝夕の散歩には最適なロケーションです。少し歩けばカフェも数ヶ所あり朝の散歩の後でカフェでモーニングはとても気持ちが良いです。 従業員の方々はとても優しく対応してくださいます。おすすめのホテルです。

カーテンを開けると廊下から部屋の中が丸見えになりますが、値段を考えるとよい部屋です。

「ホテル」と名乗っていますが実質モーテルです。建物の裏側に駐車場があり、そこから建物の2階に直接アクセスできます。 部屋の造りも標準的なモーテルのそれ。ややくたびれた感じはありますが、さしあたり必要なものは揃っている（部屋で使える無料WI-FIは無し）。自分の泊まった部屋にはバスタブもありました。スタッフはフレンドリー。市街地中心部に歩いていける距離でいてまわりは静かというのも悪くはない点。colesが近くにあり地図上では至近に見えますが途中の道が急坂なので車で行くのが無難。 ドライブ旅行の途中に1，2泊使うのなら悪くない選択肢になるホテルです。

Parking wasnt the best but still available

To my surprise disprite having a premium room, the bathroom was quiet small and pokie, even more to my surprise the hot water ran out in the shower in a few minutes leaving me to try and wash conditioner out with cold water. Hopefully they can rectify this before the next guest use this room.

Breakfast menu was very basic. I was looking forward to poached eggs but only had cold scrambled eggs that had been sitting for some time. Couldn’t work the coffee machine asked staff who added water then after asking again she hadn’t fitted it possible. Asked where the saucers were to go with cup and she said they only provide them at the bar???? Coffee tasked like dish water had to ask for our table to be wiped and cleared before we could sit.

Great location just a bit of road noise if in front rooms but they provided complimentary ear plugs, they weren’t required but nice to know they were available.

Great place to stay

The Mercure, Launceston was only just, clean and tidy but apart from the bar and restaurant manager the staff weren't very friendly and it certainly didn't seem like we were a priority.

Accomadation very comfortable and warm , able to book for bistro great Tassie wine and food . The rooms were clean with plenty of pillows and blankets . Supplied with earplugs for any traffic noise and informed that Tassie water ok to drink from the tap . Parking was difficult need more spaces available . Staff at reception were very welcoming and efficient .

Trevlig personal och bra läge några minuter från CBD. Frukosten öppnade 0700 vilket var på gränsen några dagar. Fint renoverat badrum.

It was a nice chain hotel. Nothing exceptional about it though.

My room is clean and tidy, well stocked with things i need. Staff are nice and will go out of their way to offer help when i need it. Breakfast has fresh food and beautiful fruit to put on my yoghurt.
