美居朗塞斯顿

I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The room was very clean and tidy, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. However, my window faced the main road, so it was quite noisy at night and a bit hard to sleep. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Bad service with no reception! No one can help when you need help! Poor service

房間舒適，廁所很乾淨

我住的是向大街，窗戶隔音非常差，洗手間乾淨但不實用，洗手盤很小一定會弄濕地下。

距離機場15分鐘車程，city park就係酒店前面，附近都有餐廳同Kmart target Woolworths 。 酒店有免費泊車。 房間都好乾淨 好寧靜

房間太細，地點唔方便，設施唔整潔，洗衣設備開放時間10點-8點，一旱起身又未開門，玩完番酒店又關左門，都用唔到，有更多其他選擇

Location - not good, need to drive to anywhere. Very noisy - room either facing the road or the car park. My room is facing the main road, view is good, but they don't have double glass window. Car pass by very early morning, cannot sleep well. Cleaning - good. Bathroom amenities is good. But the bed linen is rough, need improvement No lift service - we have 4 big luggage. It is terrible.

入住的過程很smooth，reception的態度友善。 房間的浴室看似新裝修過，感覺尚算不錯。 只可惜入住時發現房間及廁所兩個垃圾筒也有上一手住客留下的垃圾，housekeeping明顯馬虎。 值得一讚的是酒店樓下餐廳的set breakfast 頗出色(不是buffet），我們連續兩天也在那裡吃早餐。 不過需留意一下供應時間。

房間舒適

楼下是酒吧，有点吵。不过晚上11.30过后就安静了。 房间很不错，性价比好。 步行到商业街十来分钟的距离，门口就是皇家公园。

So far so good but it will be even better if wifi service is available for free.

We will never stay this hotel again! we found the air conditioner is out of service and told the staff to fix, after 10 mins no body comes, then we went to chase again and wait for another mins, the staff comes and try fix the A/C but with his shoes on the chair!!!!! However the A/C is out of order again and again!! Although they changed the room for us next day, we sleep 1 night without A/C!!

The room is so small, the car park is so small, but free of charge.

It was a nice chain hotel. Nothing exceptional about it though.

My room is clean and tidy, well stocked with things i need. Staff are nice and will go out of their way to offer help when i need it. Breakfast has fresh food and beautiful fruit to put on my yoghurt.
