Clean and tidy.

Accommodation was for work purposes and paid up front. My colleague arrived but wasn't able to access his room because he didn't have a credit card. Mercure must have a large fraud profile, if they thought my colleague was going to rob them. We were tired and only after several phone calls to me, while I was driving, did the staff member let him have his room key.

It was absolutely perfect for what we needed hen we landed in Launceston. Clean and practical.

Toilet is not so clean, staff is good, some parking lot is on the slope, room lighting is bad.

The staff were fantastic as I had a few concerns when I first arrived around cleanliness and restocking of the rooms. Every staff member I met always was smiling and happy to help. I felt having a room

Hotel is in a very convenient location with walking distance to the city center. Not a big fancy hotel but quiet and clean. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming

Alot of national parks within driving distance, staff were amazing and went out of thr eay to give directions and advice qbout the local area. Very close to the city centre and the park across the road waa lovely tongo for a stroll through Parking was easy in all three carparks and the restaurant on the main floor had great options of local produce

Very comfortable room, lovely bed and pillows. Clean bathroom/toilet and handy to the city. Lovely staff; would recommend and stay again. Good value

Parking is hard to get in and out of. It is on a slope behind the hotel and is a hard 90 degree turn off the road. The parking spaces are very close to each other and it is hard to get out of. The staff are very good, helpful and friendly. The room is tidy and comfortable. However the sink in the bathroom is really small and the heat pump is very noisy, you have to turn it off to sleep.
