A convenient place to stay for a meal, drink and early morning getaway for the Spirit of Tasmania. The room was updated to current standards. The king size bed was comfortable. The extra bed was useful for putting things on. It was quiet overnight. We ate at the ‘all you can eat’ buffet, which had a huge assortment of food. It was reasonably priced for seniors. I didn’t like the noise level. There was music from above added to the cacophony of running and shouting children and parents. People were constantly walking passed our table.

Room was nice. Good space. Bathroom had excellent shower. Wifi didn't work. Bed was facing the telly against the wall yet said bed was on wheels making it incredibly difficult to lay back in bed without pushing the bed forwards.

I have stayed at this property a few times and always say great staff and the food is great and well priced. The only thing I would say is the bathrooms need another down light where the shower is as it’s very dark and as a result sometimes the cleaners miss spots like spider webs in the bathroom ect.

Old, and dated. Something out of the 60's.
