Staff were excellent. Couldn’t get the TV working properly and they moved us to another room immediately and helped with our move as well. Hotel should be proud of all of their staff.

Was not really what I would call "up to scratch" for the money. Old, and dated. Something out of the 60's. I have a lovely photo of the massive truck parked up in car park. Its a pub for the Truckers

Very clean rooms, comfy bed

Comfortable bed, very quiet and big bathroom. No hassle check-in.

Room wasn’t ready when we got there and drunks hanging around at night

The hotel was renovated over a year ago and its showing a little bit of age. Still pretty good but a touch up of paint in some areas would make a difference. The cleaning service was hit and miss, of the three nights, the room was tidied once without the bed being touched(just towels replaced). This was not a big deal but just unusual.

We were very happy with the motel it ticked all the boxes

Was fine for general stop over , buffet was good , room was neat apart from finding two large bullants on the bed sheet .

Very friendly staff,good food. The only negative comment was regarding the toilet seat in the bathroom being not installed correctly. The seat sat back from the toilet bowl, causing the guests to partially sit on the exposed bowl.

The room was as expected, the staff when signing in where nice but we arrived late around 9:30 pm as we just got of the Spirit of Tasmania and to register you had to go into the gaming area and the clientele were obnoxious, aggressive and were swearing terrible profanities and did not make me feel safe

The location was convenient from the location of the spirit of Tasmania. Family room was modern, clean and spacious.
