Room is nice, clean and view is good but a smaller window than expecting. Good location and helpful front desk.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Shared balcony and we had neighbours who smoked. There was no designated parking spot for us which meant we had to park up the hill.

Check in was easy. Unfortunately our room wasn't clean yet and had to wait a while but reception lady was lovely and gave me vouchers for the restaurant/bar. Great views and great pool area. Restaurant good and playroom good 👍

Avoid if you want sleep. The noise at North Pier Hotel is unbearable. Loud music, pub noise and people well into the night, plus early morning disturbances. The room shared a wall with the pub and had virtually no soundproofing, making sleep impossible. Location is good, but it’s completely overshadowed by the constant noise. Would not stay again.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Upon checking in I noticed some things had not been cleaned properly, nothing major. But other then that, the stay was as expected.

Stanza in posizione molto rumorosa. Accanto ha un pub ristorante birreria con musica che rende impossibile dormire Assolutamente da evitare

View was great. Beds were fine. But the cleanliness of the room was questionable to say the least. No one has cleaned under the bed in at least a year. There was a dead fly on the floor when we came in and all the decorative cushions were stained. Not small stains either. I doubt the floor got anything more than a quick sweep between guests. No one came to clean the room while we were there either. Location is great though, but they really need to get on top of cleaning or that place won't last

Room is generally small and facilities such as bed and chair in-room needed to be upgraded for guest convenience !

We were advised by email after we booked that there would be resurfacing works to the car park so parking would be on street parking only. Upon arrival, the street was so full, we had to carry our luggage a fair distance. The following morning at 7am, myself and my young daughter were woken by excessive vibration and the sounds of chains dragging through the brick wall. Our hearts were pounding, and my daughter was petrified. The noise continued consistantly throughout the morning to the point we could not hear eachother speak without shouting. The asphalt workers congregated outside our room window with their machinery running while they bantered amongst eachother. It was so bad i was forced to confront the group of workman to keep the noise down. Upon checkout, I conveyed our experience and was offered a forced and scripted apology with the added comment that the work had to happen and my experience would be passed onto the manager. A terrible way to remember our first famiky vaccination in over 4 years

Everything was fantastic. Curtains on the window would be handy😀😀
