樓板太薄，上層跳動非常吵！浴室浴缸很小，室內連桌椅都沒有，和廣告圖片差很多。

The room is pretty small and it’s quite noisy outside at night.

Dissatisfied

We were advised by email after we booked that there would be resurfacing works to the car park so parking would be on street parking only. Upon arrival, the street was so full, we had to carry our luggage a fair distance. The following morning at 7am, myself and my young daughter were woken by excessive vibration and the sounds of chains dragging through the brick wall. Our hearts were pounding, and my daughter was petrified. The noise continued consistantly throughout the morning to the point we could not hear eachother speak without shouting. The asphalt workers congregated outside our room window with their machinery running while they bantered amongst eachother. It was so bad i was forced to confront the group of workman to keep the noise down. Upon checkout, I conveyed our experience and was offered a forced and scripted apology with the added comment that the work had to happen and my experience would be passed onto the manager. A terrible way to remember our first famiky vaccination in over 4 years

The north pier is so accessible and safe for everyone. Staff are always friendly

Einfaches und unkompliziertes Check-in

We had a good stay, location and parking was great. The room was clean but probably needs a refresh/repaint modernising the room for the price paid to stay. Access to the rooms was more difficult without an elevator and only steps. The tv needs upgrading as it was not streaming capable. Lastly the suppled tea cups need replacing with something that actually lets you drink more then one sip! Overall happy but some constructive feedback!

The room was beautiful and clean and nice view to the beach

The room was very basic and quite outdated. The TV was small, wall-mounted, and not a smart TV, which made entertainment options limited. Unfortunately, staff from the pub next door often gathered outside our door for their smoke breaks, which wasn’t ideal. On a positive note, the shower had great water pressure, though it was over a bath with a shower curtain — not my preference. Overall, the place is in desperate need of a revamp to bring it up to modern standards.

The property inside was clean and tidy. It was a little bit on the older side and the carpets were a little bit unkempt. The old spiders webs on the outside of the building were an indication of its age. But it was a central and convenient place to stay after watching the penguins.
