Reception staff was not nice

ゴミの清掃やタオルの補充がなかった。朝食付きだったか、朝食ビッフェの品質は最悪レベル。ただスタッフはみんなよかった。

2ベッドルームジャグジー付の部屋に家族4人で2泊しました。、旅先の外食に飽きていたので広くて使いやすい台所で鍋でご飯を炊きました。ひさびさの和食に家族はほくほく。洗濯機、乾燥機、食洗機、食器などもひととおｒついて自宅にいると同じ、いえそれ以上に快適でした。眺めもとてもよく、グレネルグの海岸の方まで見渡せました。　年始でしたが近くの充実したコンビニも開いていて、ランドルモールまでも徒歩5分で買い物にも便利でした。　難点は、リビング側の窓の下が歓楽街で夜遅めの時間まで音楽が聞こえたことです。大みそかだったら寝られなかったかもしれませんね。部屋の向きのリクエストができるならトラムの通る北向きにするとよいと思います。

アデレードのシティー自体がほぼ徒歩圏内なので歩いてどこでもいけます。ホテルの近くにはシティー内無料のトラムが走っているので、しかも夜の１２時過ぎまで走っているので便利。スタンダードデラックスに一人だったのですが、もちろん部屋も広く、二人でも十分なくらい。１１階で眺めもよくこの価格で最高に満足でした。ただシャワーが備え付けで日本人にとっては使いずらいかも…外国のホテルなれしてる方は大丈夫ですね。五泊しましたが静かに快適に過ごせました。次回もアデレードにきたらまたこのホテルに泊まると思います。

場所は中心に近く、無料のバスやトラムの駅にも近かったので助かりました。ホテルから直接、空港まで行くバスを予約できるもの良かったです。ただ食器類はそれほどきれいではなかったので洗いなおしたりしました。長期で泊るには良いホテルだと思います。

かなり設備はきれいでゆとりある空間の部屋だった。 とても良い雰囲気でホテルを活用できた。

Spacious room and close to town. A bit aged with mould in the shower and floor has marks. Needs a good clean

I had a great stay at Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites. It is a very comfortable service apartment and well suited for longer stays. Having a washing machine and a stove in the apartment was a big plus, as it made it easy to cook meals and do laundry. The apartment was well maintained and the service was good. Overall, a convenient and practical place to stay in Adelaide.

Road works and building works made it hard to get to. Twin beds were not organised and getting out of the car park required a 3 point turn. Should definitely reduce prices for the inconvenience

The staff are amazing, the rooms are great value for money.

wet towels in bathroom. Dish washer not usable. No fresh towels in second bedroom. No hand towels or bathmat. Noise from Hindley St Friday and Saturday nights till 5.00am. Staff quick to resolve towel situation.

A great stay as always. Perfectly located & well maintained

Room had not been cleaned properly there was dirt and grime everywhere, the bathroom shower and tiles had black grime in many places. there was build up of dust and dirt in air con and bathroom fan

Room was very rundown. Pictures didn't match where we were staying. Disappointed overall.

We were originally so happy with Oaks Adelaide. Our apartment was huge! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a lounge room with enough couches and comfy chairs for all of us plus a kitchen table and chairs. There was also heaps of cupboards and storage, more than I have at home! The apartment also had a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, which was fabulous! We also had a lovely balcony that gave us views of Adelaide Oval! It was a wonderful place to stay, however there were some issues… of the 3 lifts/ elevators only 1 was working. It really was such a pain to wait, especially with luggage, as the lift would often be packed when it stopped on our floor. We were easily waiting 5 minutes to get down to the ground. Signs indicated they were working hard to fix the other 2 lifts, but they were both out of order for our entire stay. The other problem we had was on the morning of checking out, we became aware there was prostitution at the hotel. It was very obvious what was happening out the front of the hotel and in the lobby (given they had to wait for the 1 lift that was working!) Despite our wonderful room and a very nice stay, we have since realised this is not the place for a family holiday and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it.

Only one out of 3 lifts were in use so we waited 10-15 minutes each day to leave the building. We were on the 17th floor so it took ages for the lift to arrive. Despite assurances from the management that the lifts were being fixed, residents told us that they had been out of action for weeks. Spa pool was not working. Air conditioning not very efficient.

First room offered smelled extremely bad, fridge was warm. Had to pack up and be moved next morning which was inconvenient. Lifts extremely slow with 1 of 3 out due to maintenance.
