I had a great stay at Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites. It is a very comfortable service apartment and well suited for longer stays. Having a washing machine and a stove in the apartment was a big plus, as it made it easy to cook meals and do laundry. The apartment was well maintained and the service was good. Overall, a convenient and practical place to stay in Adelaide.

I have stayed here before but never had issues like I had this visit.
Leaking shower, and dirty floor
No Internet
Tv reception in both bedroom and lounge , terrible
Won’t be coming back sadly.
Thankfully Management acknowledged our issue and refunded our last night stay

The Dishwasher was out of service when we walked into the room, we did not travel all the way from Tasmania to wash dishes it’s a holiday very ordinary Adelaide. Also the shower was full of mould on the tiles and ceiling hope we do not get sick. The shower has not been cleaned for years. Do not stay there.

Staff where amazing and great location. Rooms could do with a bit of a spruce up. New blinds would be great to replace the ones that didnt work. Overall, we would definitely book there again.
