I had a great stay at Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites. It is a very comfortable service apartment and well suited for longer stays. Having a washing machine and a stove in the apartment was a big plus, as it made it easy to cook meals and do laundry. The apartment was well maintained and the service was good. Overall, a convenient and practical place to stay in Adelaide.

The room was pretty run down, even the central unit had the buttons broken off. one of the bed duvet had dried up blood, the bathroom kept flooding every time we showered. The parking was steep per night and the breakfast cafe was horrible our pancakes came fully uncooked on the inside and overcooked on the outside not sure how thats possible. There were no coffee mugs to drink morning coffee and honestly the pods looked tampered with like someone played and smooshed them. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the hot tub was removed the pool was okay and theres a sauna.

Very dated floors weren't cleaned properly, bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Lock broken on door to balcony, not ideal with a toddler. Curtains all hard to use as the tracks were broken. Room needs to be updated badly. Not worth the money it costs
