Stayed for 3 nights. No room services and cleaning. But kitchen utensils and cook-set are in good condition. Also have washing machine and dryer in room. Very well for family trip.

Best location, just 3mins walk from the tram station

Good location, friendly and helpful staffs. Hotel has parking spaces with a reasonable price. Very homely, suitable for family travelling I stay there every time I visit Adelaide.

4月2日早上約10時半抵酒店，櫃台服務員態度冷漠，令人不快。 房間舒適最令人滿意，但使用花洒時，花洒發出的噪音令人難忍。

a nice location, reasonable price apartment hotel

The positives were the staff, with check in and any enquiries, they were helpful, pleasant and friendly. The locations was great, within 10 mins walk to Rundle mall, very close to light rail stop and other attractions like museum etc. Heated pool was also great to use during winter. There is also a coffee club in the foyer of hotel. Room size was good, however a few points which ,let it down for us were: Main bedroom quite small, very squashy on either side of bed. Windows did not have sound proof glass so very noisy some nights. The bathrooms had a few issues. The shower constantly leaked due to design of shower screen/door. First night, floor was soaked with water. So we had to get multiple floormats to absorb all excess water. Door was not sitting correctly on hinges so we had to push it inwards to be able to close it. Shower its self was not very clean, a bit of mould in places. The microwave is located on the of the fridge, which is fine, but the microwave door could not open, unless you opened the freezer door as well. As we stay there for 6 days, these were a bit frustrating to deal with daily.

Property is tired, rooms are ok but mouldy showers etc, the street is loud all night long and the access is pretty terrible from The car park. Had to pay twice for parking once at the hotel and then when we left the parking. Ok for people who are using it as a base for partying in the city, but if you want a restful stay or to stay with family if give it a miss.

Brilliant staff. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Good quality accommodation at the right price. 8/10 Highly recommended.

I didn’t really got the room that I wanted got it a little bit smaller but it wasent that bad

Booked one bedroom. Arrived late for a few night stay. We recieved a 2 bedroom with balcony facing a brick wall. They were doing cement cutting from 6.30am as building next door. Asked for another room and was swapped the next afternoon to a lovely room. Was just a shame that they put us in such a noisy room at first when other rooms were available as not fun unpacking and packing up for a few nights.

It’s in a convenient location to do business with the universities etc. Lots of food options around too. A bit tired but clean.

The price was good and the room was good they hooked us up with good room price was really good for hotel

The room was pretty run down, even the central unit had the buttons broken off. one of the bed duvet had dried up blood, the bathroom kept flooding every time we showered. The parking was steep per night and the breakfast cafe was horrible our pancakes came fully uncooked on the inside and overcooked on the outside not sure how thats possible. There were no coffee mugs to drink morning coffee and honestly the pods looked tampered with like someone played and smooshed them. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the hot tub was removed the pool was okay and theres a sauna.
