アパートメントタイプのホテルのせいか、食器は洗われていない。タオルの交換なしだった。ベッドは別れていたので、寛げて良かった。

Facilities and location was mostly good. However, I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, beddings weren't changed even once. A bed was made with same beddings.

アパートメントタイプの部屋は本当に快適でした。ロケーションも申し分ありません。ただ、フロントが１人のみの対応だったため、チェックインする際にものすごく長い時間待たされました。日本だったらこのような５つ星ホテルなら、フロントスタッフの教育はかなり厳しくされているはずなのに、なんだか普通のビジネスホテル並みのレベルでがっかりしました。アジア系のスタッフは親切でしたが、他のスタッフはもう少し教育が必要だと思います。

Staff were excellent. Location excellent across the road from Tram, Train and Casino. Occasionally 1-2 Lifts were out of service, due to the building construction going on. Spa bath didn’t work in the room. Instructions should be provided for thr washing machine/dryer combo.

We stayed over the new year period. It was very expensive for the quality of the rooms. We had two rooms located on level 3, right next to the pool. It was very noisy with people yelling in the pool/ gym area during the evening. Housekeeping didn't clean our room every morning. We had to ask on two separate days for them to provide us for a third towel, even though they could see the rollaway bed in the room. The bedroom is in the middle of the layout, which means no direct windows to the outside, so can feel a little crammed in. The staff at reception were very friendly and assisted us with the parking as our hire car wasn't going to fit in the provided hotel carpark anyway. It's not the easiest of carparks to navigate, and we had to walk through the construction link between the two oaks hotels. We had to extend one of our hotel rooms until the evening, as one of our guests were sick. Reception did this no problem. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, but not too far of a walk into the main area of the city with shops and cafes. Our rooms were facing the convention centre, which did mean that on new years eve, we had views of the fire works. Hotel is a bit outdated. Overall, it's not my first choice, and I don't think i would recommend people to stay here.

Our room booking under low category's

Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Toilet paper and hand wash was not replenished on day two. I had to leave a note on the third day asking for the hand wash to be refilled. Lounge was grubby, and throw cushions had marks. Balcony looking into carpark - that was my own fault for not booking a north terrace view room I guess. Parking is expensive.

Convenient location. Spacious room. Very dark with high rise being built beside it. Surprisingly quite a lot of noise from the street even thought I was on a high floor and not facing the street.

Staff was great, location was great. View from room was a parking lot. Construction going on but everything else was great!

The oaks are always a dependable/well located destination.
