アパートメントタイプのホテルのせいか、食器は洗われていない。タオルの交換なしだった。ベッドは別れていたので、寛げて良かった。

Facilities and location was mostly good. However, I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, beddings weren't changed even once. A bed was made with same beddings.

アパートメントタイプの部屋は本当に快適でした。ロケーションも申し分ありません。ただ、フロントが１人のみの対応だったため、チェックインする際にものすごく長い時間待たされました。日本だったらこのような５つ星ホテルなら、フロントスタッフの教育はかなり厳しくされているはずなのに、なんだか普通のビジネスホテル並みのレベルでがっかりしました。アジア系のスタッフは親切でしたが、他のスタッフはもう少し教育が必要だと思います。

Great large rooms and location; good bed; for rooms with kitchen they offer an interestinglp shopping delivery option for breakfast kit or movie pack but this has to be ordered days before you check in. Would have been great to communicate about this ( they say it is on their website... but we book with expedia and this is not there). Anyhow, shops are so nearby...

Lovely apartment Very comfy

Staying here was such a disappointment. Maintenance seems to be lacking. The in room safe was broken and even had a sign from the hotel management advising it was broken! The toaster was damaged and not working properly. The fridge contained an opened packet of milk that had gone sour and smelt dreadful. The room was advertised as wheelchair accessible but had a 'shower over bath' set up. There was no room service - you had to order from one of the local cafes and collect it yourself. No Foxtel. WiFi was patchy and unreliable. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. An altogether disappointing experience.

Great location. Unfortunately did not have the best stay due to construction near our room. Could not use the balcony due to noise. Mentioned this to reception and was told thats part of city life.

The 1 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable. Apart from the construction noise next door it was a reasonably quiet room. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated close to the railway station and tram stop.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the same two staff members seemed to always be there, day and night - always a friendly face * greeting when we passed reception on our way in or out. The room was great - clean, spacious, and a lovely view. Amenities like the fridge, microwave and dishwasher were great since we had a baby with us. Only complaints were minor - the building works like jack hammers from next door that started at 6am daily, and the loud air con on the convention centre roof that whirred all night (almost like white noise) - but these weren’t the fault of the hotel.

Leans into an upmarket vibe more then it's brother The Oaks Embassy. That being said, Horizons is much the same and the difference between the two is a simple as this. Horizons have larger rooms, Embassy has better views.

Room was lovely! Spacious, comfortable & spotlessly clean. Location was central too. We really enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Staff were great and the room was clean. The wifi was terrible though. Reminded me of the old dial up days. As we were travelling with teenagers and it was over 40°C outside, this was a problem. Also the glass door and wall panel into the main bedroom made it difficult to shield the light from the rest of the unit.

Staff were excellent. Location excellent across the road from Tram, Train and Casino. Occasionally 1-2 Lifts were out of service, due to the building construction going on. Spa bath didn’t work in the room. Instructions should be provided for thr washing machine/dryer combo.

We stayed over the new year period. It was very expensive for the quality of the rooms. We had two rooms located on level 3, right next to the pool. It was very noisy with people yelling in the pool/ gym area during the evening. Housekeeping didn't clean our room every morning. We had to ask on two separate days for them to provide us for a third towel, even though they could see the rollaway bed in the room. The bedroom is in the middle of the layout, which means no direct windows to the outside, so can feel a little crammed in. The staff at reception were very friendly and assisted us with the parking as our hire car wasn't going to fit in the provided hotel carpark anyway. It's not the easiest of carparks to navigate, and we had to walk through the construction link between the two oaks hotels. We had to extend one of our hotel rooms until the evening, as one of our guests were sick. Reception did this no problem. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, but not too far of a walk into the main area of the city with shops and cafes. Our rooms were facing the convention centre, which did mean that on new years eve, we had views of the fire works. Hotel is a bit outdated. Overall, it's not my first choice, and I don't think i would recommend people to stay here.
