Facilities were excellent in a roomy unit. Shower area was an area of concern for us oldies due to water going everywhere under same floor line as rest of wet area until we got used to it and adjusted our thinking. Overall, a central well equipped place to stay during the footy festival. Will be back again.

Great large rooms and location; good bed; for rooms with kitchen they offer an interestinglp shopping delivery option for breakfast kit or movie pack but this has to be ordered days before you check in. Would have been great to communicate about this ( they say it is on their website... but we book with expedia and this is not there). Anyhow, shops are so nearby...

I called the hotel in advance to let them know I would be arriving late. During that call, I specifically asked about onsite parking and was told that parking was available, there was no need to book. Unfortunately, my arrival experience was quite disappointing. When I arrived, I was told the only parking available was around the corner. The explanation was confusing, and it sounded as though I would need to walk a considerable distance with my luggage. I was then told that a parking space could be taken from another guest's booking to accommodate me. As I had been advised there was no need to book parking, I questioned how that would be fair to someone who had reserved a space. The staff member also stated that there was no lift access to the building, which turned out not to be entirely accurate. The issue was only access from the car park. After further discussion, I was informed that there were actually spare parking spaces available. Throughout the interaction, I felt made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. By this stage, I was upset and honestly considered leaving and finding alternative accommodation. The staff member came across as rude and the information provided was inconsistent and confusing. In the end, we parked onsite and only had to walk up two short flights of stairs before accessing an elevator to reach our room. Was very happily surprised with an upgrade at check in too a lovely 2 bedroom deluxe apartment and everything was comfortable unfortunately the workers on the strret started at 7.00am so sleeping in was impossible but overall stay was great and very close to everything.

The carpark was small and hard to find, there was nowhere to stop out front to check in and the lift for the car park was out of order. The bathroom was dirty and it looked like the room had just had a light clean over the last year. I won't be staying there again

Room was large and well located ... carpets obviously need replacing and well worn. Room could do with a big refresh.Would have been nice to have a foot note on the listing regarding the construction site next door as was woken at 6am with tradies getting busy.

Staying here was such a disappointment. Maintenance seems to be lacking. The in room safe was broken and even had a sign from the hotel management advising it was broken! The toaster was damaged and not working properly. The fridge contained an opened packet of milk that had gone sour and smelt dreadful. The room was advertised as wheelchair accessible but had a 'shower over bath' set up. There was no room service - you had to order from one of the local cafes and collect it yourself. No Foxtel. WiFi was patchy and unreliable. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. An altogether disappointing experience.

WiFi was patchy and unreliable. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. An altogether disappointing experience.
