Was good furniture needs an update

While we had no issues as such, the cost for this stay wasn't really value for money. The cost for parking is also way too high for what it is.

Nice gum and pool

Everything fabulous - huge clean well equipped room, comfortable bed, wonderful warm welcome

Not fancy but room was spacious and very comfortable. In close proximity to city.

Excellent room for our needs

Nice space in the room but the bathroom was a bit shabby and could do with a revamp. However it was a budget stay so overall very happy and value for money.

Stayed for a wedding with family Pros - Spacious rooms with nice view over North Terrace. Comfortable beds, pool was lovely. Transport is very close and its walking distance to Rundle Mall and restaurants. Cons - The street behind is noisy, rough, lots of dubious characters around. It did not feel like a safe place. Hotel security doors close at 6pm, which probably says it all???

The room was fine. It was functional and quiet and clean. The pool was appreciated. What was not good was the inoperability of the card system to get in the door or use the lift. The terseness of the reception was not what we expected. It is good to look at people and smile. Not once in the whole stay did anyone smile at us.

Great location being walking distance to most cbd attractions.

could not get satisfactory internet in the room - informed staff who made suggestions but no solution found during out 5 night stay vent over cooker did not work - informed staff

Overall not a bad stay…. Price was reasonable. Good location on North Terrace. On check in the lady behind the counter wasn’t overly friendly and seemed as though she didn’t want to be there. Check out staff were much more friendly.
