Room was clean and modern. It had everything you needed. Although level one was a little dark. What made our visit was the helpful staff on entry. A lovely woman who went out of her way to explain everything to us very welcoming thank you.

This place was amazing. The staff were so helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. Their energy and flair was contagious. Our room was beautiful and we both said that we’ve never slept on a bed like the one at QT Newcastle. It was like you were floating on a cloud of cool, light, satin. I want one of those beds and the bedding in my bedroom. 100% if we ever see ourselves back in Newcastle will be staying here

Hotel was very quirky and staff were brilliant. The downside was that gym is not actually in hotel but you use one down the street. Also they charge for parking which becomes expensive for longer term stays. Rooftop bar had excellent views over the waterfront.

Second stay, first time was perfection Wotif needs to ensure they have the correct information on the room we paid for a King room when I received the itinerary it was for a disabled room Shower hot water was cold and there was grey hair everywhere in the shower not worth $500
