Hotel easy to get to near tram line to the beach end of town. Breakfast in house on last day was very good. Easy location in area partly gentrified, great to see more older buildings being repurposed. History of hotel as ex DJ’s store interesting. Friendly staff and lovely bar on rooftop for our large group gathering on first evening there. Thank you all.

Beautiful hotel. Great location and incredible service. Room was just very small and considering the price we were a little surprised. We had stayed in a pet friendly room previously which was great. So was a little disappointed

The hotel was unique but we were not explained how to use the hotel to get the best of our stay. As we are in the older age group we find it harder to use modern technology non of the staff offered to show or explain it to us as also with the rules about the breakfast menu. The service was not good for a hotel of this category. The food that was offered was poor and lacked variety.All the food we had was not up to a 4 or 5 star hotel which we are used too. Our stay at your hotel was disappointing regards Michael and Elizabeth Meade

The staff were incredibly accomodating and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need and more. The rooftop bar is beautiful at sunset and breakfast downstairs in the morning was the cherry on top. Will definitely be back and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Newcastle.

Modern and clean. Our room was very nice and service was great. The only small issue (almost not worth mentioning) was there was only one bin and the area one block west is all boarded up and tagged.
